Gets the job done and value for money
High precision and long battery life . Lightweight and gets the job done.Wish they also offer magnetic strip on the sides like BushnellAlso the magnetic pouch is of very bad quality, the magnetic flip cover is low quality and inner sticky bits lost original position within a week and the flip cover does not work anymore.

Works well for me.
I play a course that doesn't have reflectors on the pins which made me give up with my other (name-brand & more expensive) rangefinder as it just wouldn't work without reflectors. This rangefinder works very well without reflectors. In "golf mode" you press the button and then sweep the view finder back and forth across the pin. After a second it will vibrate and report the closest distance, which is the pin. Very handy as you don't need a steady hand to do that. The carrying case has a magnetic closure which is nice. Quality feels good, and again, the rechargeable aspect is excellent. I use this for all yardages, including over 300 yards so I can decide what yardage I want to lay up to. I've even checked a par 5 length for fun and it reports over 500 yards without a problem.3 MONTH UPDATE: The battery life is excellent. Playing at least 4-5 times a week, I've only had to charge the battery at most three times. That's A LOT of golf per charge, and even then I charged it when only one battery bar was used up. I picked up a cheap power bank and keep it in my golf bag for on the fly use. In "golf" mode (when you sweep it side to side across the pin) if it doesn't report a distance (for whatever reason) I change the mode to direct shot and it will get me the distance. For the price I still say this is fantastic for golf. The magnet in the case's closing flap came loose (the glue melted in the heat) and shifted position so that the flap doesn't hold shut anymore. Not a big deal but slightly annoying.YEAR+ UPDATE: Still going strong and absolutely no problems. I play 5-7 days a week now. I hardly ever have to recharge it so it's difficult to say what the battery life is like as it lasts weeks between charges. A few times over the year my friends with their expensive name brand models have asked me for yardages because theirs either couldn't read the pin or their battery was dead. They soon complain that they're going to be spending $20 some-odd dollars on a new battery .. something you don't need to worry about with this beauty.

excellent product that performs like the higher priced models
The BOBLOV laser rangefinder is a wonderful device for golf, where I have used it for several weeks. It provides distances in either yards or meters, it locks on to targets when held very steadily, is light weight and easy to use. The rechargeable battery is convenient as is the carry pouch with quick closure magnetic snap. The flagpole is sometimes difficult to lock onto, like more expensive LRFs also, when there are trees behind it but but locking onto players in front on the green holding the flagpole the distance to the pin can be obtained readily. I am planning to buy another unit as present and definitely recommend the BOBLOV laser range finder as very affordable device.

Easy to use and accurate
I had previously used a GPS unit for several years which had worked quite well but was hard to see in the sun. Looking around I came across this Boblov Unit which was a VERY good price and had good revues. I bought it at the end of last season, and used it for about 10 rounds. I am VERY pleased with it. It is accurate and the fact that I am now getting distances to the pin rather than the middle, back or front of the green, has made my iron play better. The vibration when locked onto the pin is a big plus. You can't beat this unit for quality or price.

Glad I saved the money and bought this.
My wife gave me the ok to purchase one of the more expensive ones as a birthday present, and after researching I just couldn't pull the trigger on something that does one thing. This cheaper alternative works perfectly as advertised, and also I can catch speeders on my road with it with the speed recording function, lol. In all seriousness however, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product, I used for over 40 rounds so far and haven't had to recharge either. Great product.

Light and quick, no frills but accurate.
I use this range finder for sport shooting. These are the first impressions after a few days of testing.Pros:- It's well made. The case is solid and there is no trace of sloppy moulding. Textures are well defined and it's put together without gaps. Nothing moves except the buttons.- It's accurate to a few percent. I compared it with professional ranging equipment and the difference was tenths of a meter at 30m, under a meter in 130m.- It measures distances consistently to just over 600m.- Rechargable battery is a plus, especially if it lasts long enough. I can always recharge it from a car / motorcycle / power bank instead of having to carry a replacement battery.- It's very easy to use. A couple of clicks on a single button and you are good to go.- It acquires the distance in under a second.- It's light. 160g, 200g with the carrying pouch.- Display is crisp and easy to read in daytime.- It seems to be working well in all temperatures (pretty cold here now).- The carrying pouch is very well made and sturdy.- Vibration feedback is a nice touch and being able to turn it on/off is a plus.- Speed measuring is cool. Cons:- Buttons are quite sensitive. It's easy to click them in error, especially with gloves on.- Back-lit display would be nice, but it's forgivable at this price point.- Battery indicator does not appear accurate enough and the charging light does not appear to indicate the full charge well. It's holding the charge quite well so far though.- The case cannot be opened so it's going to be a pain when the time comes to replace the battery.- It would be nice to be able to exclude/disable one or more mods. I only need distance, use speed just for fun and never even want to see the golf mode.- Mode button should be harder to press.- Speed measuring is cool, but it doesn't seem consistent or accurate enough for serious use.
