I have needed a tea bag organizer for quite some time and performed countless hours of research before choosing this product. I am beyond pleased! The package arrived securely cushioned so there was no damage. Opening it was like opening a present! The bamboo is absolutely beautiful, they used choice pieces to craft this beautiful treat. The glass top is secure and doesn't move or make noise when opening and closing the lid. The hinges are surprisingly perfect as they operate very smoothly. While it cannot possibly organize my vast inventory of different teas it accommodates my most favorite & frequently used teas quite well. It always smells pleasant when I open the lid in a way that does not interfere with the blends I store. The drawer is a surprisingly good size accommodating my loose tea devices quite well. In addition the drawer is very well made and opens and closes smoothly. This product is crafted very well and I foresee many, many years of loving use. If you love tea as much as I do I highly recommend this amazing product. You will not be disappointed. I am so happy to have it!!

I have been looking for a good quality wooden tea box for years. I kept holding off on buying because I could never find one that A) was in my price range, B) was made of quality wood and C) was a decent size that could hold about 3 canisters of tea bags and loose tea.I happened across this product awhile back but the product sold quickly and was unavailable for awhile. As soon as it became available again I snatched one up. Its the first tea box I have seen to be reasonably priced and made from a natural bamboo wood. The chest also include a hidden drawer for tea spoons, loose tea or additional tea bags. The 6 slots to the left are deep enough to hold between 20-24 tea bags each (20 sitting vertically and 4 on top/horizontally) without holding the lid open. The 2 slots above the drawer can hold between 6-8 tea bags laying down with no issues. The drawer has no stoppers so it pulls straight out every time but this doesn't cause any issues since it easily slips back into its slot.The benefit of owning this tea box is that you can easily see and select what tea you want to drink before you even open the lid. Compared to my old canister storage and morning guess, dig and pick this is 100% better. The box is also easy to clean with a wet paper towel and since its coated bamboo it dies quickly with no reside or smells.The only cons I could find were a few scratches on the underside of the clear plastic in the lid. They seem to have been there before the protective cover was placed on the lid for transport. Also, the lid does have a finger sized sliver/chip taken out of it on the right hand side. Since the missing sliver appears smooth and varnished I believe this occurred during the manufacturing process and not in transit.Overall I would highly recommend this chest to an avid tea drinker. The box is sturdy and has plenty of storage space for a wide variety of teas.The additional drawer is perfect for additional tea bags, tea spoons or loose leaf tea.

I bought this for my husband as a Christmas gift. At first I think he was a bit skeptical - I mean a "tea box" for a burly man - but when we got it set up and put all his favorite teas inside he was really happy. Each area is deep enough to hold all sizes of tea bags and the ones that aren't labeled we just snipped the title from the box and put it in with the bags so he would know.It is really a nice piece that would fit in most any kitchen - the clear lid invited the eye to peruse all the choices available. The side drawer is a nice touch as well.On the days that we need more counter space, it is easy to pick up and move and very convenient to bring back out after a meal to share with our company.I am thrilled with the purchase. And I know my hubby is because he told his friends about it too.

This chest is very well constructed of bamboo, with magnetic closures for the lid. As others have reported, the plastic window built into the lid is very thin and easily scratched, but it serves its purpose and allows you to view the contents of the chest without opening the lid. The drawer at the right side opens smoothly, but is very shallow, and falls out if opened too far. My wife is using this chest to store makeup and accessories. Using a Dremel tool outfitted with a flush cut saw blade, I cut the partition on the far left side to allow longer items to be stored. For the money, this is a very nice chest. Great for its intended purpose to store tea, but can be used for other purposes and doesn't take up much space on a vanity counter top.

I bought this tea box 2 years ago to put in my office so that I could share tea with clients. I love it! It's elegant and a perfect fit for my office. I really enjoy the clear top that allows me to see at a glance which teas need to be restocked, and my clients comment often on the large assortment of teas that it holds. It has become quite popular with my clients and coworkers alike! My one complaint is that the side drawer gets stuck pretty easily, and I can no longer open it. That was a small luxury, however, and not using it does not impact my satisfaction with the product!

My fiance and I are avid tea drinkers and we were tired of so many cardboard tea boxes piled in the cabinet. This tea chest keeps everything organized for us. We had 9 flavors of tea, 8 in envelopes for the main compartment and 1 flavor in open tea bags for the drawer. The magnets keep the lid closed securely. The glass let you see what flavors you have. The drawer below takes up some space in the 2 spots above but it works if you only have a few tea bags. We love the bamboo. It's sturdy and doesn't soak up any scents. 5 stars and would highly recommend!
