Price and value are best features. Battery capacity an life questionable.

The laptop works very fine. The Specs are the same as the 3593 Dell Inspiron I ordered. Just not sure why they sent the 3511 instead.

So far so good... Wish it had better video quality... I got it for my 11 year old daughter for online school, so they do a lot of videos for different classes... The video quality isn't the best... However, big ass screen, she loves that compare to her Chromebook. Still navigating our way since we just got it a few days ago... But so far, we love it... I'm finding myself on it a lot when she's not using it, which is almost never... She doesn't want to get off it...lol.

Typical Dell Laptop. The memory upgrade was with cheap RAM not Dell recommend memory, and the NVMe was not seated correctly and it originally gave me Hard Drive Missing errors until I reseated it correctly.

When I received the laptop it took me about a month to get all my programs and documents on it. It worked good besides the battery life only lasted a few hours. I have only been using it for a few months and one day it no longer would turn on. No lights, no hope of any sort of power, power cord is fine, checked everything else I found to check on every forum and nothing...

I like it it's diliverd earlier and it's a good quality and the speed is wow I would like to buy again and again thank you amazon.

The Dell 3593 laptop ,that i purchase is defective and Amazon or Odysien the seller ,Dell manufacture refuses to honor that the computer is defective because after i finally realize that it was. after the period that Amazon would accept a refund. My point is that i was not asking for a refund just a replacement or exchange. which is not mention in their refund policy. All three interties refused an exchange. I don't know if this particular model is defective. but my model 3593 laptop is and no will accept the responsibilty
