This pull up bar has been used daily by my teenaged children and other fully grown children, every day, for 2 1/2 months. It's securely in place since it's initial installation, has shown no sign of wear or stress, and is working fully as expected. I would highly recommend this bar. My 16 year old son installed it himself in just a few minutes time, and it's safe enough for my 5 year old granddaughter to use as well when she is boosted by one of us "big people".

This is the best pull up bar I've bought throughout the years. Super sturdy, easy to set up, comfortable on the hands - overall great product and great value for the price. Would recommend this bar to anyone!

The feet on the ends really do help with stability and weight distribution plus it doesn't slip in comparison to others that just have circular ends. The levels on both ends are also a major plus. It took me a minute to figure how to adjust and secure it in place but within 15 minutes (not even) I got it locked and loaded. With the ability to secure it at different heights in your doorway it allows you to do so much more than just pull-ups.

The instructions say to open the lock. Where is the lock and how do you open it? I see a sticker on there that says “elongation is lengthen” and on the other side it says “shorten is loosen” what does that mean and how do you unlock to lengthen or shorten? I see what looks like buttons but I don’t have the strength to push them in if that’s the case. After trying for an hour I packed up the bar. I am returning it.

Very sturdy, easy to set up, fits almost any doorway. I love using this in my new house and don't have to drill any holes in the wall or anything. Mechanical design is amazing and very strong/stable. 10/10 would recommend.

Purchased this in July of 2022 - as I write this - it's October 2023. I use this bar maybe a couple of times a week to practice pull ups and chin hangs. I was standing under it and noticed several pieces of broken plastic and when I went to investigate, found that they had broken from the supports (see the picture) likely from the pressure. I am not a big person - I weigh less than 140 pounds. The parts that broke are not in contact with the door when it closes at all. This is a major disappointment.

I’ve had this for a couple months now and use it when I can-sometimes every couple of days, sometimes weekly. It definitely works well as a pull-up bar! Easy to assemble with the level and making sure you have it connected on both sides.This is a big one and this is the improvement part. I felt like I was going to fall at any minute with this bar sometimes! The weights at the end are flimsy and move a lot thus have peeled off when I have been doing a pull up. Kinda scary to hear a peeling sound while you’re pulling up! Other times it was as sturdy as a steel bar in a gym. So I think the weights definitely need to have something improved with them

I was admittedly hesitant of a tension bar holding my entire body weight repeatedly, it took a month or so to have confidence in it. I've been using this regularly for 4 months now and it's as sturdy as the first moment I attached it. Great bar, excellent value for the build quality.
