...it cannot be installed in a useful location on the Jeep. The front set is just barely too far back to be able to securely use to pull yourself into the Jeep and the rear set does nothing in regards in assisting a person into the Jeep.If you are using them for 'Oh Shyte' handles then they are made strong, look fantastic and it is nice that they can be tucked sideways and out of the way when not in use.Unfortunately I needed handles to assist my passengers into getting into the Jeep so these did not work out.

I love these handles over my old ones. Not because they do anything different, but they are just built nice and solid. I can fold them away if I don't want them dangling next to me and they are on there nice and tight. There is enough fabric to give the velcro a lot of grip. I have these on my 2004 TJ.

The directions were so unclear yet seemed simple but wasn’t . Sturdier than the rope ones but handy more for hopping in the back of the 2 dr Jeep so I will still get the metal grips that screw into the frame for the front .

It was hard to wrap. The STURDY velcro is fabulous. Just hard to wrap! Great help for my 100% disabled veteran husband. He loves it!! So do I

Very easy to install. Direction might make it seem more complicated. Just tighten straps as much as possible before locking in Velcro. Wife uses them constantly, so they work well and she hasn’t had any complaints.
