14" Rectangular Quiche Pan

This quiche pan is exactly what I was hoping for! It's solid, nonstick, and reliable from start to finish. The removable bottom makes releasing quiches and tarts effortless, keeping the crust intact and edges beautifully defined. It feels sturdy but not heavy, and the nonstick coating performs flawlessly with just a light greasing. Baking is even across the entire surface, so no soggy bottoms or overbaked edges. The fluted design gives each dish a professional look without any extra effort, and cleanup is quick! There was no scrubbing or stuck-on residue. I’ve used it for both savory quiches and fruit tarts, and everything comes out looking bakery-worthy. It’s the kind of kitchen essential that quietly becomes your go-to because it just works perfectly every time. For quality, performance, and presentation, this pan is great. It's continued to work for years without any issue in rusting or with color fading. Excellent value for money and I highly recommend it!

My wife was looking for a tart pan at the local mega-store and we couldn't find one so I pulled out my smartphone and started searching amazon. This was one of the pans I came across and showed my wife, she wanted it so while standing in the store I ordered it and had a delivery date of 2 days. The pan showed up packaged well, no damage to it or scratches. The first item my wife made was a chocoate tart thing (not sure what it was, but it was good!) and this pan cooked it perfectly. She was able to lift up from the bottom to pop the tart out of the pan and then we attempted to slide the tart off onto a serving platter, that didn't work so good and before it crumbled we put it back on and served it off of the bottom. Overall cleanup was a breeze, nothing and I mean nothing stuck to this pan. Literally just used a papertowel to wipe it clean. I did run it through the dishwasher as well but that was overkill. Great pan, works well and seems to be pretty tough. Would buy it again if we needed a second one.

Good price and well made

I love this pan for delicate items that need help being removed from the pan without damage. The removable bottom is great for overcoming the most problematic aspects of this operation by lifting out from the bottom and giving your concoction some foundation and stability while taking it out of the pan. Two things could make things easier - 1. if the pan were a little bit deeper 2. if the fluted edge had larger scallops As it is, anything you make in this pan will be extremely thin and the scallops will be so tiny that it is still easy to damage even with the removable bottom. It takes some skill to create something this fragile. If you can pull it off, you will have an exquisite creation that is delicate and beautiful. If you can't, you'll have a pile of crumbs. The removable bottom helps and so does the non-stick surface, but be aware that whatever you bake in this pan will be thin, minutely sculpted, and easily damaged. People who are confident of their ability to handle tricky culinary tasks will love it, but those who feel some trepidation might want to seek something deeper and with more substance.

It's hard to find bakeware which fits my Ninja Air Fryer Oven and even though I measured the dimensions, had my fingers crossed, hoping it would fit. Made a few quiches so far, using plant-based recipes, then ad-libbing after learning the basics. Cool that it's non-stick, but I spray with coconut oil anyhoo and it turns out with crispy crust, filling well done. Easy to remove, I set the pan on a wrought iron trivet and it comes right out without flaking of the crust. If you do experience flaking of the crust, whereas the quiche falls apart you're not using a good recipe.

These make lovely tarts. You can also bake brownies in them and they look gourmet :). They don't leak, and the self stick is great.

I purchased two of these tort pans, the 14 inch and I adore them! In the days after my purchase, I've already used them 3 times. I made Christmas morning quiches, NY morning quiches, and one morning breakfast quiche just because, lol. They turn out beautifully each time and my family just loves them! Spray them with a little non stick cooking spray and there is barely even a clean up other than a wipe down with a cloth. Use a plastic spatula and no scratches. I'm really looking forward to making some dessert torts next. Great product! Thanks!

Exactly as advertised. It worked out great for my chocolate torte. I didn't have any problems with my shortbread crust sticking to the sides and I didn't grease/oil it either. The bottom pops out easily. It's easy to clean. I love it.

Es un buen molde, no se pega nada, la capacidad no es mucha si se piensa hacer un quiche o algún postre con mucho relleno pero para tartas con crema pastelera es una muy buena opción además de que se desmolda fácilmente.

I love baking and I have a lot of baking sheets/pans but I didn’t have this shape tart pan yet. It makes a beautiful rectangular Tart, perfect size looks great on a platter as you can see in the photo. It’s the perfect height to hold right amount of filling. It’s two pieces, the bottom of pan is removable and so easy to clean. Love it.

Estoy maravillado con este molde para tarta: *Tiene una gran antiadherente lo que es muy importante en cualquier molde, no se pega nada en la superficie y cuando lo probe no necesite mantequilla o harina. *ES DESMONTABLE, lo que hace un buen juego con su antiadherente. Ojo: En su descripción no aparece la medida de alto en el molde, y este es pequeño de aproximadamente unos 3 cm. En cuanto al envió llego muy bien en tiempo y forma, en una caja de amazon con bolsas de aire. CALIDAD/PRECIO: EXCELENTE!! seria de mas decir que lo compraría de nuevo si tengo 5 moldes de estos!
