Professional Quality Product that held up to the job, and included a ton of nozzles :-)
To tell you the truth, I looked around town for a good quality sprayer, and all I could find was super cheap sprayers. The reviews from the hardware stores websites didn't give me any justice to purchasing them and after cracking open a couple of the boxes noticed a similar pattern. Cheap Cheap Cheap quality plastic. Some of which was already showing signs of cracking, new in the box.In the end, after several hours of reviewing the different products out there, I decided on this product. So you are probably wondering what I needed this big sprayer for... I purchased it to spray down our carpets before move out to clean up our carpets in the apartment we were getting ready to move out of. We used a 50/50 Hot Water/Vinegar solution and saturated the carpets to break down all stains, smells, and accidents left by our pets. After all was said and done, our carpets looked better and smelled better than when we moved in. This was also in-part due to the "Bissell 86T3/86T3Q Big Green Deep Cleaning Professional Grade Carpet Cleaner Machine" which did a phenomenal job of cleaning the carpets. But this sprayer did an amazing job, and kept up with what I needed which was a larger sprayer to be able to spray larger areas without having to constantly change out the solution. The Foaming Nozzle did an amazing job of spraying down the actual Commercial Carpet Cleaning Solution on the higher traffic areas which helped break down just about every stain on the carpet, except for 1, which was some weird barf from our dog that reacted to the cleaning solution and bleached the carpet a little. Oh well nothing we can do about that one, but it was barely noticeable after cleaning the carpets. After going through hell cleaning up the carpets, they ended up telling us that they were just replacing them anyways as they were close to their lifespan within about 3 months. So even though they looked amazing when we left and smelled better than when we moved in, they still replaced them.

Best I've ever found
After reading countless reviews if countless sprayers all around the internet, this is the one I settled on. I am glad I did. Almost everything about this sprayer is done right. The stainless wand and pump handle shaft, the heavy duty tube, and the body itself is like a little 3 gallon tank. The pump disassembles very easily for cleaning and repair. The only considerations are very nit-picky and they are:1) The shoulder strap sucks. They know this, now you do to. If you are going to use this for any extended period of time, get a better shoulder strap. The only other thing I wish it had was a hook that swung out of the bottom so I could hang it upside down for drying after I clean it out.In reality, this sprayer is perfect in design and function, and is far superior to anything found in a big box store.

Smith R300 sprayer is quite good and easy to use
Sprayers I have used thus far are Roundup for weed control on our patio, MiracleGro fertilizer sprayer, and Ortho connect-to-hose for fertilizer and weed control. Obviously these are all homeowner variety, not commercial or contractor grade. Miracle Gro quit working after couple of uses. Ortho has been going strong so far and Round up is in between the two in terms of satisfaction.I'm a homeowner and plan to use this sprayer for applying compost tea, fish emulsion, MiracleGro, and some Bt/pesticides perhaps when needed.Quality of parts: 5 stars (heavy plastic container, metal wand)Ease of pumping: 5 stars (just a few strokes, and you're set to spray)Ease of mobility: 4 stars (straps could've been padded for comfort since it's a 3gal sprayer)Nozzle variety: 4.5 stars (more variety than I need). My favorites are yellow low-volume nozzle and foaming nozzle. Wish the high and low volume nozzles had their own nut/assembly without having to change up.Ease of storage: 4 stars. Sleek and requires less real estate, but the wand could use a better clip to hold on. There's a sweet spot to get it to hold on AND keep the nozzle end in the tray at the bottom (which is neat by the way).I think it would be a great helper in a greenhouse to keep the plants aptly moist.

Technical support is fantastic at Smith Performance Sprayers
This is a solid, well built, professional product that should last many years, unlike the cheaper ones out there. Technical support is fantastic at Smith Performance Sprayers! They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I bought this for home use but did not want to have to buy a sprayer every three years! This one should last a lifetime if it is cared for properly! Every part of the unit is replaceable through the manufacturer! Some parts are common o-rings (Viton) that can be bought at the hardware store or auto parts store.

Quality Smith Sprayer
I was using a Roundup type sprayer but the new ones are junk and don't last more than a few seasons. The Smith sprayer is quality and is robust enough to be rebuilt. Thought was put into the design. It is easy to dissemble and rebuild kits are readily available. I am expecting it to last a long time. Update after 10 tanks of spray. The Smith sprayer dispenses weed killer with more than 2X the volume and stream pressure of my old sprayer. It is much faster and easier to use. One of the best features is a good place to store the wand.

Great sprayer.
Does a good job and better quality than 'big box' style. As others have said, don't count on that strap for long term carry, it's painful after awhile. Other than that it's a nice sprayer.

Great sprayer.
High quality sprayer. Have used it with been oil, iron chelate, fish & seaweed diluted emulsions and have had no clogs as of yet.
