My daughter recommended these for me. I was having terrible muscle spasms and needed to get my electrolytes up. These packets have been very convenient.

Living on the hot desert of las Vegas we have brake record heat ruching 120° this practical pockets are a live savers literally. They are a little expensive for my budget but it's a necessity. Like I said they are very practically I give it to the pest control man that works on the outside heat and to the landscape man also.

I love having these on hand for travel and being on the go. You really never know where or when you or your kid will pick up bad germs and these really help give a little immune boost.

I use it to help with dehydration. I won't know if it works till my next Drs visit.

Can’t have artificial sugars. This works for me and although the taste is a bit strong, I split the packet up into two glasses of juice or water.

I bought these specifically for the combined value of immune support and electrolytes. The consistency and "texture" of the mixed drink was thick like a light syrup and extremely sweet. I added almost double the amount water per the instructions, but it didn't remedy it much. I couldn't drink these.
