Terrible Chinese junk .
I use this product four times and it hasn’t called that cannot be reset it’s broken and does not work. Terrible product. Do not buy ever terrible customer service as well. Nobody could help. It was just a warranty company that they hired.

Great bang for the Buck
I am very pleased with this purchase. Does everything it should. First day i got it i used it to make a batch of perfect soft boiled eggs. I put water in a pot added my eggs, clipped on the sous vide, set the temperature and time and walked away. When it was done a tone sounded. They came out perfectly. Now I'm able to multi task in the kitchen with greater ease and i can focus on other tasks that need more attention while this little gadget does what it does. Would absolutely recommend to anyone that multi tasks or that likes the set and forget style of cooking. You can even prep and freeze meals to just grab and go!

Works great, temp control difficult to use
It does a fantastic job. Only drawback is the tabs to change temp settings. You have to find the exact spot or the temp will not change. It should be so much easier if the temp control setting tab was more sensitive to touch.

Good Product
You will need to have a cooking vessel strong and deep enough to hold water and the cooker. The directions were clear and easy to follow. The cooker weighs 1021gm or approximately 2 1/4 lbs, the maximum water line is 6" from the base and the minimum is 4", your water level must fall between the two lines. I found my large pasta/soup pot to be deep and large enough. The cooker is very well made and the seller delivered a day early, nice bonus. Season your food a second time after removing from the water bath and before finishing with conventional cooking. Im still experimenting with recipes and found some great ideas on izzycooking site. I would recommend this sous vide cooker.

Two uses before breaking. They don't back product up.
Bought this 1.5 years ago after my son started doing sous vide. Seemed like a good idea. Bought this one based on reviews and price. Used it twice early on. Worked great the first time. Seemed to work the second time, although in retrospect the result the second time wasn't as good. Wasn't sure why, but I might know now: when I went to use it for the third time over a year later, it didn't work. The proper startup procedure didn't occur (didn't start on "M" mode), and the buttons rarely responded to touch. When I finally got it programmed the way I wanted and got it to start, it heated up to about 15 degrees below the target temp and then the temp started to decrease. Customer service asked for a video, which I had to do twice (the first one was tool long to send via email.) Then I go the reply that it was past the one year warranty so they won't do anything, "Best wishes." My last item from this company--buyer beware.

This is a fantastic way to cook
This product is a great value for the price. It works great and the meal turned out perfect. I would recommend this sous vide product for anyone.

BEST SOUS VIDE
Ok my prime rib came out INCREDIBLE Edge to edge medium rare. I had a 2lb bone in prime rib and cooked it at 132 for 2hrs and about 30 mins and let it rest for 2 hrs it came out INCREDIBLE!

Works fine but control needs work
It does the job well but the control is not nearly easy to use as other models I have used in our extended family.
