I love these boots! However, I strongly advise that you take advantage of Prime Wardrobe if you are unsure of the sizing. A lot of people in the reviews were saying order a size down. For me, that would be a 9. I decided to try on the 9's, 10's, and 11's. Im glad I did this. I couldn't get my foot in the 9's at all. The 10s wouldnt go on either. The 11's did fit, so I'm happy I didn't listen to the reviews or I would have had to return. Prime Wardrobe saved me. I sent the other two pairs back for free without any issue. Such a cool service!The boots are very comfortable and warm and I love the ribbons! I bought the care kit to go with them so I expect these boots will last me a long time.

I love these boots. They are so warm and comfortable. I was nervous about buying them online since they are my first pair, I am completely satisfied with this purchase. I will be buying an additional pair.

Several reviews made these boots seem like an inferior product with an unusual fit, but I found them to be of very nice quality and fit. I only ordered them because I needed them quick for a ski trip and these were the only ones left in my size because it was late in the season. I'm very happy I ordered them - they are snug, comfortable, fit great and the bows are kind of cute. I sprayed them with a waterproofing product which worked fine and did not change the texture or appearance. Honestly they are warmer than the "legitimate" Uggs (a lace-up style) I bought several years ago and never liked. I look forward to wearing them next season.

I bought these as a gift for my daughter who wears a size 5. I ordered them in a hurry and when I went back and read all the reviews I was very nervous that they wouldn't fit. As expected, the opening is very narrow and she struggled a bit, but luckily her foot slid in and she was thrilled at the nice fit. She kept them on the rest of the day. So, yes I'd say they run small. My daughter has tiny feet and slim ankles and it just fit without much give.They are super cute!!!!

These boots like nice but the sizing is kind of strange. I'm normally a size 8--so I had ordered an 8 but I couldn't even get my foot into them. Assuming they just ran small--I order a nine but they feel very loose. I'm not 100% happy but will keep the 9's and just wear them with heavy sox. They look nice and most of the extra room in in the toes--feels like a huge cave in there.

Sometimes Uggs run a little tiny bit small on me and I was out of town without an flat footware and i NEEDED some uggs. These were priced great and available for overnight shipping. I wanted another color, but it was not avail in the size I thought I needed. So I sized up from an 8 to a 9, and for me, the 9 even felt a little big, but maybe if you are a true 9 that size will be perfect, for me, it was not problem, but something that I noticed. . I am keeping them and adding them to my many other pair of uggs....I think I''ll buy the "rabbit" color in an 8. Great little bootie.

Pros: it is as it’s shown in pics. Happy with the packing. Quality of boots is really good. I tested it the day i got them. Very happy with it. Unless I get some issues with it future, it’s worth the buy. I had timberlands before and I was always cold but this one felt like a warm blanket.Cons: more expensive and other substitutes are available.All in all. I believe in spending extra bucks for footwear and don’t regret. The size is slightly bigger but with woolen socks, I suppose it makes sense to have some extra space rather than uncomfortable footwear. One isssue I foresee for for someone like me who has lanky legs. The shoes puff up a lot at the top however it can be folded so that problem is solved too.

These boots are lovely .quality not as good as the UGG ones but still great quality , not as thick lining as UGG but still thick .will definitely buy these K/UGG brand again over the UGG due to price.Price great .I’m a 7/7.5 and brought the 8 . Need to wear thick socks for good fit . If I brought the 7 they would of been too small.Delivery was very quick .

Good quality for money. Wrapped in paper, so that it is not damaged on the way. I took one size bigger because I like to wear socks and it fits great. There is plenty of room for those with big calves.

These boots are so comfortable, they look good and fit well. Love these boots.

Bought these for my wife in size 4 which is what she is, but they were incredibly difficult to get on.Exchanged very quickly by Amazon to a size 5 and the same problem! She couldn't even get them on! I think it's a poor design!Like I said, no problems with Amazon at all but ugg way too tight!

The quality is brilliant i have a pair of normal uggs that cost £120 in my opinion these are of the same standard and quality. At only £47 you can't go wrong
