GIFT - this had been a small gift for my dad from our dog. It was for humour. We call our dog bronson -'Bronsey Brew' all the time and when I came across this, it ammused me alot to get one made up. It brought so much joy to my dad and made us laugh.If I'm honest I don't tend to get personalised gifts, but this was definitely worth doing.In regards to the print - great! It looked good quality. My dad's not used it much, he likes to keep it on the kitchen shelf for more of a view. He doesn't want it to get ruined by constant washing. (so I cannot comment on how well the print stays after many washes)Very happy with this. Thank you!

Received the item today. It was a few days late but understandable with the pandemic. The only issue I have is that's when I asked for tracking information form the seller it was not provided.The quality of the mug is great and the photo really clear.Overall would order from here again.

The mug arrived on time, with a minor error, (mainly due to me asking for a long message and the last word being missed), I contacted the seller, who responded immediately and dispatched a replacement, which is of excellent quality.

I bought two of these mugs for my sister's birthdays. They are absolutely beautiful and so cute! I'll admit the pictures are a little smaller than I expected them to be (which is why they are 4 stars), but I'm not too bothered and I'm sure they will love them anyway!

Really disappointed. Photo only covered like a third of the mug and rest was plain, looks real cheap due to that and not very pleasing to the guy as a gift in my opinion. Will be having a pic mug done again elsewhere I think. Only reasonable thing is delivery weren't too bad.
