I was happy to find these after taking a basic first aid course at my school. The nurse (British) said that everyone should have access to water soluble aspirin in case someone has a heart attack. Chewable aspirin is not recommended as the patient may be unconscious and unable to chew. These will dissolve immediately upon making contact with your mouth. You should take one or two yourself if you suspect you are having a heart attack. I could nt find water soluble aspirin for a long time. I see it occasionally, but there is usually only one bottle on the shelf. I ordered several bottles from Amazon to share with friends. I have some by my bed, in the car, and in my purse.

Always carry these and have some in several locations around the house. Instantly melts under my tongue for quick absorption.

I take ti 81mg of aspirin everyday for my heart. The St. Joseph brand is great orange taste with no bitter residue. The tablet dissolves rapidly, great product, but I cannot find it in the stores and I had to purchase it though Amazon.com. Thank you Amazon.
