It was great for a few months. Now its out of return window and over the past couple weeks has an electrical buzzing noise from the speakers, louder and louder. Disconnected everything and the buzzing persists. I have tried different outlets, but It is behind a Fuhrman Power Conditioner so I knew that would not fix it. It is extremely loud on cold power on. I will be throwing it away in fear it may catch fire. Out 40$.

I have purchased two of these recently, the first for a special application where I needed it as an FM tuner, and the second to improve the sound quality of a 9 inch tv with terrible built in audio. This little amp works better than expected for for both. As long as you don't need it fill an enormous room, it's versatile enough to fill many needs. The only hit is that I wish the manufacturer would not muck up the face of the amp with all kinds of unnecessary labeling. It's a relatively attractive small black metal box, and a minimalist face on it would be more attractive. It is highly recommended anyway.

Decent sound quality. Radio reception is great. Unfortunately I have to manually tune the radio each time I power it up.

Keep looking if you need an amp for home or car with big sound. Don't be fooled by claims of 90 watt output, actual audio amplification is less than 5 watt. Sound amplification wouldn't be enough in a car to overcome road noise or for use in a noisy room.This amplifier & remote are versatile and fulfilled my need. I wanted to drive external speakers from a TV audio out in a quiet room with the TV's internal speakers turned off.The amp worked well with decent sound quality from a TV's optical audio output port where only minor sound amplification was needed in a quiet room. An additional box ($14) was needed to convert the TV optical output to RCA analog output that was installed between TV and amp input.

It's junk. (i bought the "90w" version)All I needed was something to plug my Echo Dot into to get music through my pre-existing speakers. I moved the amp I was using to another room so was looking to replace it with something inexpensive. As such I haven't tried the Bluetooth mode, but did try FM.- Sounds like crap (what do you expect for less than $30) but is listenable- Does not work on AC power as advertised (tried the included cable and others just in case the included was bad)- Does work on DC power, but the power switch on the front of the unit has no effect - it's always on regardless of the position of the switch- Volume control from the remote is tricky - you have to mess with both the volume knob and the remote to get it to a point where you can comfortably control the volume with the remote (if it even works)- Remote is mostly unresponsive but if you bring it very close to the unit and punch the buttons hard it works- FM radio works OK, but I couldn't pick up the local classical station that other radios in my house can- I couldn't figure out the scan feature for the radio, if you push the scan button it just keeps scanning - I couldn't figure out how to make it stop other than switching to another mode- ANIMATION! Oh God, the Animation... in AUX mode it has little flashing color thingamagummies on the little screen thingy that have no relevance to anything and can't be turned off. (What the heck is this???) Perhaps this is the love-child of a couple of cheap 80's boomboxes or something.Bottom Line: spend a little more money and get something else.

So far so good with this little amp. It's not gonna win any awards for sound quality or rattle your house with earth shaking bass. All the modes have worked well and Bluetooth connects to my phone right away. Bang for your buck, you can't beat it.
