Not as pictured
The prefilled ink cartridges do not look like the ones pictured here on amazon. The top of the ones sent are very thin, therefore they won't hold as much ink.This was sold by Dinsink and the supplier was Nano business & technology, inc.. These are NOT by INK NOVA, USA as this ad states.

So where to begin.....Lets just say, I am now a regular customer at InkNova Usa, I purchased these because my daughter lost the cartridges from the previous purchase, so I decided to buy new cartridges... I thought they were just empty, but when I got them, and open the little boxes it came in, low and behold, it has ink in it...which is awesome, this is a great deal. I love it..and it works...You guys really saved me a lot of money.

they have good customer service they sent wrong ink but sent the right ones ASAP i WOULD DO BUSINESS WITH THEM LONG TERM
