Multiroom Audio System - 3 Speaker Package Black - Includes 1 Master Speaker + 2 Satellite Speakers

The overall look and finish of the units is sleek and Will blend with any home or office style. The construction is solid and it feels like a good quality product. My primary issue was the sound quality transfer using Bluetooth from a phone to the unit which I couldn't get to sound clearly...even standing right next to the unit. This issue does not occur if a phone is plugged directly into the receiving unit and the sound quality from the main unit to the other speakers was unwaiverying as long as they are kept in the recommended range. It does sound like their is sound quality compression similar to what you would get from online radio streaming, however it was expected.I was disappointed we couldn't Hookup the system to the television and for me was a determining factor in why the system was not a good fit for my home.If you are looking for a simple "plug and play" audio system that can be easily moved around the house this may be a good fit for you.

Product arrived as scheduled and out of the box set up was very easy. Sound quality was very good.I am returning the product for two reasons:1. I have one of the satellite speakers directly in front of the master through an outside wall at 37' from the base. The music cuts out a couple times a minute. Not the 50' range advertised. I purchased to have music outside which is not an option with this unit.2. Most important reason - the Bluetooth connection between the base and the phone is terrible. You can only have your phone about 25' from the base unit. What does this mean? If you are going to sit outside and listen to music - you have to leave your device (in my case my iPhone) at the base and walk inside to change songs, adjust volume etc. This has proven to be very cumbersome and inconvenient.

I am highly impressed. These speakers sound very nice, particularly for the price and they do not put additional strain on my wifi, as far as I can tell, since they are not connected via wifi. Whatever they use to wirelessly connect between base and speakers is very dependable. The range is perfect for my home. I was afraid that the ideal location would put to many walls between the base and a couple of the remote speakers but one of them is over 40' away and there are several walls and appliances between the two but I have yet to experience an interruption due to interference or signal loss. The app is helpful but it is also the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I am using a 3.5mm to connect my Echo Dot to the Multiroom Base and if I activate the bluetooth on my phone to control the speakers, all the ringtones and notifications from my phone cause the Echo's music to silence and the notification from my phone is played across the speakers. Once the ringtone or notification is over the speakers resume playing the music from the Echo Dot. So basically I cannot use the app since I get a ton of text messages and it's a super annoying interuption to my music. It seems to me if the sound source is through the 3.5mm jack, the only sounds should be through that source while still allowing you to control volume, on/off and eq functions with the app. I hope they can fix that in upcoming versions. I will gladly adjust to 5 stars when they do!--UPDATE...I emailed Multiroom System and they promptly responded with a solution that works. All I had to do was turn off the Media Audio option on the Bluetooth connection of my Android and the problem with the notifications is gone... 5 stars it is and I have already ordered a fourth speaker! Definitely one of my best Amazon purchases ever.

These speakers work well, except that they interfere with every other 2.4 GHz device, including the Bluetooth receiver built into the base station. That's why so many reviewers complain about the unit having a poor Bluetooth range--the Bluetooth receiver works fine (probably), but it's being blasted with interference from the base-to-speaker transmission link, resulting in greatly reduced Bluetooth range. I don't know what hardware and protocol these speakers use, but they were not well engineered to prevent interference. If you get these speakers, don't collocate them with any 2.4 GHz receivers. I am forced to use the 5.8 GHz band for most of my WiFi devices to ensure normal operation. I use these speakers by cabling them to a separate Bluetooth receiver placed about 10 feet away from the base station to ensure normal Bluetooth range. Everything works well now that I've done that, but I shouldn't have to go to such lengths or use extra hardware to get these speakers to work normally and limit their effects on other wireless devices.

These are great quality sound good and gets music where you want it easily via your phone. If that is what you are trying to do I highly recommend it! However, I was trying to use these with my TV and the sound via Bluetooth is to far out of sync with the picture so I had to send mine back. They are a great product, but the wrong application for me.

Easy to set up but had issues with distance from speaker to specker connection in different rooms

I have been looking for wireless speakers that I could use in multiple rooms. This was no small task. I had purchased two different speakers made by other companies and had no luck. I went with the Multiroom system knowing that if did not work I would be able to return them without any hassle. The speakers arrived on time and very well packaged. These speakers put a new meaning to plug and play. Sync the master to your Bluetooth device and you are off and running! The sound is full, clear, and just awesome. The two remote speakers and RF not Bluetooth giving them the ability to cover greater range of distance.The only down side is with the App, if you are using a Windows device you will not be able to use the app.

I've had this unit less than 9 months and the power has died. I've trouble shot it to the best of my ability and it's non responsive. Hopefully the seller, Amazon or another troubled customer can provide some customer service or support. =(
