All in One Keyless Keypad Fingerprint Biometric Deadbolt Door Lock 100 User Capacity

It worked great after installation. Then one day I put my fingerprint in and it beeps like normal and I hear the *click* that allows you to lock it but when I spun the deadbolt it just spun and spun. Never engaged the lock. Seconds later it *clicked* like it always has disengaging the deadbolt. I’ve tried everything and nothing will engage the deadbolt. I called the customer service number and it’s not the companies number anymore. Will update if I hear more or am able to somehow fix it.*update- contacted company through email and they sent me a new unit. Installed it and so far working as advertised. Customer service was helpful.

Initial Review: Everythign works just fine.I would recommend this product to anyone.Update: I initially gave 5 stars.., but now my lock doesn't lock or unlock on every attempt.It's been almost 3 months and it's beginin to be faulty.Need to try between 2 and 8 times for it to lock or unlock.Worried to change it for a different one since I have made the hole in my door for this specific footprint.

I bought this to make it easy for a loved one to get in and out without keys or a code. Despite numerous tries, I could not get the first fingerprint enrolled. The machine would give some signal that it was reading the print, but then flake out on the second pass. After numerous resets with no success, I concluded that it was not going to be easy after all. Returning.

I had to dremel out a few millimeters on the kick plate door hole - no biggie. Once everything fit, installation went quick.Setting things up on the other hand... the instructions are not written with consistent input notation. Took the better part of 30 minutes to set up 3 fingers, 2 users, and 2 access codes. Bottom line, instructions need a serious revision.Once I figured out the admin input sequences things flowed far better.Now that it’s setup it works fantastic. I never carry a house key anymore!

I originally gave this product 2 stars and promptly returned it. The locking mechanism was catching itself, and I couldn't find any other reason it wasn't working. I was contacted by Jerry, with support who offered to rectify the issues. They sent me an open box unit that he had personally tested, and sent additional information in regards to the lock. The software inside is good, but you do have to firmly press down on the scanner, just like it says in the manual. No parts were missing from either shipment and everything was packed securely. I included a video of the installed lock to demonstrate using a thumbprint to unlock it, using a thumb-turn to unlock and lock it, and using the lock-out function. All in all, this is a stand-up company and I love their product.

worked for about a year, now it locks and unlocks when it wants to, lights turn green, the beep sounds but when i turn the lock it does not engage or disengage the lock mechanism, as if i did not use the fingerprint or the pass code... and YES, i did try changing the batteries. Sometimes i have to stand by the door and try to unlock it 10 times for it to finally engage the lock... waste of money, look for higher quality product.

Bought 2 of these products and one just doesn't work at all anymore just a constant fingerprint light reset doesn't work or battery replacement didn't help. The other I have to the the fingerprint or keypad 3-6 times before it will engage or disengage the deadbolt. Worked good for the first 2-3 months then now constantly having issues with the one and the other can't use at all.Customer service said to send to them in didn't offer a prepaid label and technician is in China and when he gets back he will repair. No time frame, I asked for a return label and to email they told me to go to website and fill out a contact form, that they can't email. Plus the number is a google voice number no real number or business phone system.

This lock works great, recognizes finger prints of most everyone on the first try every time, it is really quite quick at reading the finger prints too - It takes almost no time to get in the door.I was tempted to knock off one star because our 7 year old did have issues with his fingers being recognized, the only fingers it will read of his are his thumbs, but I figure that is a pretty minor issue and probably not relevant to most people.A couple other thing I will note about this lock:- The pressure needed to turn the handle is quite high - It is a very stiff door knob. This is neither good nor bad, just something to note.- Unlike the Schlage keypad locks this lock does not have the ability to mount without the rectangle bracket on the latch - If your door has the round latch without a rectangle plate found on some inside doors you will have to trim away at the door to mount this lock.If it matters to you I'll also state that for us this lock is being used indoors and is not exposed to weather, I can not really say how it would do with hot/cold/wet conditions.
