Wife likes it but a regular knife does the same job.

Doesn't really cut butter well.

Cheaply made and does not work as advertised

I use butter instead of margarine and it is harder to spread when cold. I also used it to make biscuits and the cold butter is so much easier to blend with the flour when it is shredded by the knife. I love it. Thanks

Knife is well made. But to use it on a cold stick of butter, you have to hold the butter stick down in order to dig into the stick to collect the butter serving. Will work great if knife is first warmed in hot water (this happens quickly but it’s an extra step for sure) OR if butter is softer than purely cold from the fridge.
