Bristles Too Soft
I noticed that another customer reported this problem with soft bristles but I thought a photo might be helpful. It could be just the construction of the brush that causes the bristles to be sucked into the inlet, but whether too soft or bad construction, it restricts air and dirt being sucked up. I didn't spend a lot of money here, so I'm not too upset. Just remember cheaper is not always a good deal. I recommend not bothering here and purchase a good name brand like Kirby that I switched to.

Bristles get suckked into the fixture
The bristles are not stiff enough to be of any use. Here is what happens: when you run your vacuum the bristles surrounding the opening are pulled into the open part of the fixture effectively blocking anything from being sucked into the vacuum. All of the stuff you tried to suck up are held within the bristles and the vacuum is plugged. When you shut off the vacuum the stuff falls off back on the floor.

Not the same as I got the first time I ordered these
I ordered these replacement heads and they were as advertised and functioned as expected. So, when I needed new replacement heads, I order them again . What I got was not the same color but figured they would work the same so I put them on my workshop shelf until I needed to use them. Got them out a week ago and they are terrible. The brush head is attached to a metal ring and it falls out everytime you try to use it. Thought maybe it was just a defective brush head, so I got the other out to try and it is made the exact same way and falls apart when in use also. I didn't spend much and the return window is well closed by now, but very frustrating when they either changed the way they make these brush heads or shipped out substitutions that were not as good as their original product. Look for other replacements because you don't know what you will get when you buy these and the frustration level you reach when using these isn't worth the couple of bucks you might save.

Good vacuum dust brushes
I've been looking for white vacuum dust brushes, and finally found them. These should help prevent marring and marks on my white baseboards. I've had them for less than a month, so I don't know how durable they are, but I hope they last me for a while. However, I did notice that the bristles get sucked into the attachment, which prevent dust from going into the vacuum easily. I'm going to trim some of the bristles around the inside of the opening so they'll support the outer bristles and prevent them from getting sucked in. Yeah, I have to do some work to get these working just right, but these brushes are 2 for $7.00, so you can't complain too much.

These Dusting Brushes fit on my Dyson uprights
The connector OD is about 1.37". The port end plastic is flexible and a bit ovaled, so I cannot give you a real accurate measurement. But it just barely fits inside my Dyson hoses, sinking in to a depth of about 1/4". Which holds it firm, and yet is not too tight to easily remove. The connector ID is about 1.24". The overall diameter is 2.5", so these are not as big as something like a shop vac. Quality is just fine. Bristles are very soft, which is what I wanted. As I use these to vacuum the dust off my piano, which has a very fine glossy lacquer finish. At roughly $3.25 a piece, these are a steal. And they were shipped phenomenally fast. I plan to buy another set, for my second home. They're so inexpensive, I'll just keep one on each floor. Save me some trips up and down the stairs. As other reviewers have mentioned, the bristles do get sucked into the center, and screen the flow path. This is not a problem for small dust particles, but dust bunnies do collect on the bristles, and one has to remove the brush and suck them off with the hose from time to time. I suspect vacuuming bulkier things, like pet hair, might become truly annoying. But I have a different brush for that application.

Decent value for money, but the inside strands suck in and close off suction path
My only real complaint about these is that the inside diameter of bristles collapse, trap dirt and plug up, so I have to constantly pull it off the hose and run the hose around the inside if the brush from the brush side to clear it of debris in order to continue using it. I used a pair of scissors to cut away a portion of the bristles on the inside which helped a little bit, but did not totally resolve the problem. Thicker bristles may be the answer.

Great value for 2 Horsehair Attachments!
This is the first horsehair vacuum attachment I’ve owned, and I use it for so many more items than the nylon brush attachments I’ve used previously. I display nicknacks, but I’m allergic to dust and can’t use a duster to clean my precious things. This has worked well on everything from homemade kids Christmas ornaments (with pieces delicately attached to one another) to items with glitter on them. And the fact that you get 2 is a steal! Ordering my 2nd set right now.

Leaves bristles everywhere
I was looking for a gentle brush for vacuuming more delicate areas of my car. These were "Amazon's Choice" and they were/are inexpensive. You know the saying, "you get what you pay for"? That is very true here. I just used one for the first time to vacuum parts of my car. I was left wondering whether it would ever stop losing its bristles. It didn't. These will (sadly) be landfill fodder. The Rigid brand brushes at Home Depot are certainly more expensive, but they are certainly much better.

Not what I expected
I ordered 2 of these to use for dusting furniture. When I received the items I found that they were not as soft as described and much too hard to dust lacquer furniture, for sure these brushes would cause hairline scratches. Plus they are on the small size. I am returning these for a refund. Sorry!!
