Good, but noisy.
These panties are nicely made and the moisture barrier does work well. There are only three complaints I have about the product.Firstly, it would be nice if there was an extra layer of plain cotton on top of the laminated cotton, as there is nowhere for any moisture to go, causing just a puddle to stay underneath. While it isn't necessarily troublesome, it isn't ideal.Secondly, the panties do make noise when walking, even when wearing thicker pants. While that isn't truly a problem, I can find that being unpleasant for a young girl which is who these are marketed towards. And thirdly, there are absolutely no laundry care instructions included with the panties and I don't recall seeing them on the selling page. Because of the laminating that is inside the layers, it makes me hesitant to simply treat these as I would any regular pair of panties.

They do the job.
Ordered the xs for my daughters. They wear them the week they expect to start their periods to give the extra back up in case they can't get to the restroom right away. My girls are under age 12 and weigh between 85-95 lbs for size reference.

Prevents accidents
I must say I didn't have high expectations for this underwear but I decided to give it a shot after doing some research. I am pleasantly surprised at how well it fit when I first tried it on. I got the large and it fits comfortably. I can barely tell I'm wearing anything and it doesn't feel thick. For perspective I'm 5'9, 198 lbs, 36" waist, 43" hip with an athletic build. I think if I had a bigger behind it would have been a little tight. But overall it feels good. The material feels pretty solid. My only complaint is that it does sound a little bit like a the outer part of a diaper when you're putting it on. Not a terribly big deal, just something I noticed. I was most impressed with the fact that it does what it promised and prevents leakage. At the tail end of my cycle I decided to forgo a pad and only wore the underwear for a few hours. Even though I didn't have an added layer of protection, the underwear kept me from having an embarrassing accident. My flow was pretty light though so I wouldn't have tried this on a heavier day without a pad. But I definitely know it also works great with one. I also liked that it was easy to hand wash and the stains were easy to remove with a little soaking in detergent. For the price, this was a really good buy.

Could be a tad bit better
I use a menstrual cup for my period, and I sometimes leak a bit which is why I looked into buying these panties. After the first initial wash (hand wash with warm water and hung up to dry) they fit perfectly but through out the day these panties no longer hugged me like the did when I first put them on which made me really nervous about bleeding into my pants. The absorption was good the first time I used them but the second time (a month later) they did not absorb very well and I sat in a pool of blood and would bleed onto the sides of the panties and once the panties are stain it is so hard to get out... ( I tried the oxiclean stain remover as well as hydrogen and baking soda but the stains on the colored panties still wouldn’t come out) these are good for very very light leaking but the absorption and fit/fabric could be improved.

Great period panties!
Totally unexpected! These are a fraction of the price of the brand I typically wear. I have a very light cycle that only lasts 2-3 days, and typically do not wear any pads or tampons or cups. My other panties do well with no leaks, but I had gained weight and didn’t want to spend $30 a pair just until I lose the weight. I got these and no leaks! They absorb enough to where you aren’t sitting in a puddle. They are soft and comfortable, no tight lines or weird creases show through, and don’t ride up. Initially I was afraid because they make noise, but once covered with jeans or sweatpants the noise goes away. Totally love them!

They work!
They feel like a great quality! I use them in conjunction with a men trial cup that sometimes leaks a bit. This is way more comfortable that wearing a thin pad. One day I didn’t use my cup because I wanted to see just how much these panties could hold. They held quite a bit and didn’t leak, but they also weren’t really very absorbent so my bottom was sitting in blood until I changed them out. I was able to hand wash them with dial soap and they have no staining, which really suprised me! I’m very happy with these!

Good fabric
I tend to be very sensitive to synthetic fiber, especially in underwear, so I was looking for something with cotton fiber content. These feel very nice and don't irritate me. The colors are cute and they don't cut weird. I don't have very heavy bleeding due to an IUD, so I just wear these by themselves. They hold the very light flow well, but the one place that there is slight leakage is at the stitching on the sides of the crotch. Other than that, the easy staining, and the stiff feeling (which I expected bc of the lining) these are fantastic.
