Tecnu Original Outdoor Skin Cleanser

My sweet princess dog is such a spoiled girl. she loves to waller in raccoon doo. And that smell is right up there with skunk !This product is good stuff. Kills the smell. What a great thing to keep in hand !

If you know you've been near, brushed against or touched Poison Oak or Ivy just squeeze some of this into your hands and rub it all over the area of your skin that came in contact with the poison. It works by thinning and lifting the poison oil. You can then wash it off with water. I dry off and then repeat. I keep this in my house always. I have poison on my property and it's in parks and trails around here. We're hikers so whenever we brush past some I make sure we get the oil off with Tecnu as soon as we get in the house. We never get the rash as long as we use this stuff. It was recommended to me by a hunter years ago. I've also used it to clean clippers and saws of poison oil.

Without Tecnu summer would be miserable. I am highly allergic to poison ivy; a light breeze after rain can blow the oil onto my skin and a doctor visit follows with shots, steroid packs, and drying cremes. Tecnu brings relief from the misery while helping to remove the oil that creates the rash; washes people, pets, and equipment such as shovels, rakes, buckets. Wash quickly enough after exposure and the rash is prevented.Love this stuff.

Use directly after contact with the ivy, sumac, or questionable plants.Make sure to rub for at least 2 minutes to rid your skin of all the poisoned oils.Great stuff! I've been using for 2 decades.

Tecnu products work as advertised if you follow the directions and act quickly after contact. I would repurchase without a doubt!

As an Outdoorsman Hobby and work I'm exposed to a lot of poison ivy. Of all the products I've used this works the best. If i wash within the first couple hours with this I won't break out. If I'm not able to wash within the first few hours this really helps control the breakout and it does keep it fro. spreading.
