The routines and sleights shown by Lennart Green are useful, easy to understand and genuinely entertaining. His unique "sloppy" style draws me in like a magnet.My only lament is with respect to the DVD production. It sometimes takes some fussing around to get chapters to open (try click, try double click, try faster double click, try clicking somewhere else and come back).

For anyone who is interested in performing card magic, this set is unbelievably rich. Lennart Green is an absolute master, and despite his chaotic and confused-seeming (yet still astounding) public performances, in these DVDs you see how incredibly knowledgeable he is about the theory, mechanics, and literature of card magic. He has invented or adapted a dizzying array of slights, false shuffles, cuts, deals, palms, etc., and seeing him perform them is both informative and amazing, time and time again.I would say the DVDs are aimed at an intermediate or higher level card magician. Most material is presented without a lot of extra background or explanation, but Lennart talks through each move straight-forwardly, and each is filmed quite well from a variety of angles and in slow-motion, to be easily reproducible with study.The almost 8 hours of material here are invaluable for any card magician. I would say it is pretty easily the best set of its type that I have ever seen (including Dai Vernon's excellent "Revelations").
