I am not a huge fan of convenience foods so prefer to cook from scratch when possible. But sometimes when you're on the go, it is helpful to have a few items that you can throw together at a moment's notice. Of all the pre-packaged potato mixes, I think this one is the best. My kids love these Julienne Potatoes.
