Two are separately on the two vertical bars, and two are separately on the bars frame which is stick with suction cup. what are the inner dimensions of the plate basket?

the plate basket inner measurements are 11 1/2" long by 10 1/2" wide by 3" deep. I don't use plastic type plates. Just glass and stainless drinkware. The baskets won't hold a lot of weight. Wouldn't recommend heavy pots and pans. There is a width adjustment for single or double sinks. And, you can adjust the height low or taller.
