I use this spatula as a paddle to mix my pottery glazes in 5 gallon buckets. I use the drill mixer first, and then use this to stir between pieces being dipped. It is very sturdy and does the kind of mixing I need to do. I can't address how it does with heat, because my glazes are cold. It is very easy to clean. I just wipe it with a sponge.

Whether you are a novice or experience, cook, this spatula has been a fabulous addition to the large repertoire of tools that I have in the kitchen for sure. I would recommend this product to anyone that does a lot of cooking. They are so sturdy. I love this and everything I do that easily bleached out if they are stained in heat proof I simply love this product. What I like most is that no food get between the handle and the spatula part. Good job!

Loved these at first for their length, but on the second use the handle melted in the steam of the boiling pot and bent. Disappointed.
