Can't say enough about this product. It's not magic; but it does truly make a difference. I've used it for some time now, and recommended it to many others. Most of those recommendations are thrilled with the results they've seen, too. The effect is not easy to describe, because you can't feel it, and yet, you can feel a difference. My 20-year-old nephew who is autistic and has OCD and anxiety issues takes it daily. Even he, who is averse to medication of any kind, admits that it's really good for him. You don't have to ask him to take it. A friend of mine with a 12-year-old daughter with a variety of diagnosis started taking it last month, and she's reporting results, too. I have had creeping anxiety and panic issues for the past several years, and since I've been using Sedalia, I'm happy to report that I don't blow out like I used to. If I do get anxious, it's more low level and manageable. Before Sedalia, I was honestly thinking of trying a pharmaceutical. This product managed to keep me from that. I don't know if it will work for everyone, but I can say that everyone I've recommended it to has reported good results.

I don't usually give reviews but I haveTo for this one . I've been having panic attacks and anxiety since my daughter was born , was prescribed Paxil and another medicine I don't remember the name now but both made me sick with the side effects . That's when my mom that lives in Brazil said she was talking to a person that worked in a homeopathic pharmacy in her city and she said this medicine helped her immensely with her anxiety when she was living in France and that I should try it too . So my mom sent me the Sedatif ( Sedalia ) from Brazil so I could try and it worked in 2 days !! No side effects !! I was mortified in a good way . So I ordered more from this seller , and I'll be ordering more . I'm a proof that homeopathics work and work great . I've been taking it since 04/16/2017 and I can sleep at night , I can be a normal person again .

The 3 pack is a great deal. I've been taking Sedalia regularly for a few months. Along with my daily routine with meditating, exercising, journaling, etc., taking Sedalia 1-3 times a day helps me manage my emotions, my sensitivities and deal with life events well. I love that the product is a homeopathic medicine.

This is a great homeopathic stress retriever which helps me sleep at night so my brain is not racing. Others may have different results. There is no flavor & they are normal size tablets, so I was not sure how to answer thickness & sheerness, so I just rated it as average.

I love taking this pill I don’t have a lot of patience it’s just my personality I take 2 in the morning before going out I am fine for 10 hours this pill definitely takes care of your bad temper and irritation I see results in about 5 minutes

I have never used any prescription anti anxiety medication but I do feel these help take a little bit of the "edge of during stressful days. The taste is slightly chalky and sweet and they dissolve rapidly under your tongue. I usually sit and deep breath while these dissolve. I find that these in combination with being mindful about whatever is stressing me usually helped slow down anxiousness. I am a big fan of Boiron products in general and I think these are worth a try if you are looking to tame your emotions.

Extreme periods of stress can weaken even the strongest of people. My doctor recommended Sedalia as an alternative prior to prescribing a prescription strength medication for anxiety. I was hopeful that it would work because I definitely did NOT want to take a Rx yet I was also skeptical because any perceived changes could be due to the power of the mind and the placebo effect. But Sedalia has consistently worked wonderfully when I needed it. My friends have even commented on how much more focused and tranquil (not drowsy but tranquil) I am when in social settings. They are not even aware that I am taking it. But the difference is evidently noticeable.My recommendation is to try it. I have consistently benefited from it and it does what it says it does: Temporary relief of nervousness, hypersensitivity and irritability due to stress.
