Great tourniquet carrier!
Great tourniquet cover! This was the only model I saw that completely covered a CAT tourniquet to protect it against the elements. The top Velcro flap is easily removed to give quick access to your tourniquet. The straps work well with the MOLLE webbing on my Condor EMT Rip Away Pouch.

Works and worth the money if you don't have a blow-out kit. Needs more camo choices.
