Works fine with some drawbacks
The organizer side works well, the tablet sleeve works fine but if the tablet is too heavy, the sleeve tends to be loosen over time - so this is a drawback. If things are neat on the organizer side, then it's fine to be used as a 'carrier' for your tablet, but if things are messy then it's unsightly as a carrier.
