A good looking and easy to use mkcrowave with an excellent warranty. So far so good and I have not hit any snags. One feature it would benefit from is if the light came on when you opened the doorgto put food in not just when it is cooking

This is an amazing microwave,so easy to use and im not great at technical things but i programmed the clock in seconds,also its so easy to use,its simple and ive tried all of the fast cook buttons to do various meals and even warm up your cup of coffee or tea etc,everything heats up correctly,ive done pizza,frozen dinners,roast dinner re heated,on the programmed button,just press them and they cook for the exact amount of time you need.its also so big inside compaired to most microwaves so you can put that extra big plate inside,ive also cooked three microwave burgers at once to experiment and they cooked evenly,very happy with this one,its also not any larger than normal microwaves on the outside but its dr whos tardis on the inside.worth every penny and it arrived well packed,the instructions are simple to follow and easy to understand,also you can just press start and the amount of time on the clock that you need and it just starts no problems and if you make a mistake you just stop it and cancel the time,if you want to stop mid cook you just open the door.so to sum it all up,personally its a great microwave,does the job well and hopefully will last along time and its so easy to use.definitely the best microwave ive ever had.i tested it first with a cup of water and just familiarised myself with how it works,thats my tip for you but also theres another man on here that explains it all well that i also took tips from so id read his basic comments as they served me well.so dont worry about getting a duff machine on here because this isnt one,oh and when you register it for the extra 3 years guarantee put in the name of the microwave as the code is wrong on the product,i found that easier and its now also got that extra protection for free.cant argue with that.im happy with it and it looks smart aswell.so thats that.

The clear protective film is a nightmare to remove - I have worked with materials that need film removing, but this was beyond a joke. Younger members of the family tried and gave up. I have left it as it is because a blade will need to be used and could scratch surface. Tried warming it etc, no good, after an hour I gave up. So door out of line and bits of film remain stuck to surface.

Nice bit of kit

I spent days looking for a mee microwave. Over the years. I think i must have had everu type of microwave you can think of normal one. Convector. Alway the biggest i could find. With having hsd 5 child now its just myself snd my husband. I still found myself looking at the big ones. With thr highest power output i could get. Then I realised i was being silly its not likr I actually cooked im them. I ised to ho for sll the digital buttons aswell. Cutting a longer story short. I tried this one. I can say itd a lovely sized Microwave for the 2 of id. Ys ideal for bigger familys it’s actually one of the bests ones i have had far betterr than the all singing and dancing ones…for a 850wstt i am extremely impressed.If you are looking fora reicrowavr i would say give this one a yry. Rasy yo use. Absolutely brilliant . You would be silly not to look at thod one. Italso hold teo played which is very good I am so pleased ilighytos fantastic price aswell

After having great service from our old Microwave was time to replace it.This one is much more compact and seems more efficient. Only down side is, its complicated, or so it seems after our old one.

This is quite noisy. When defrosting it cycles on and off but the massive clonking noise it makes each time it cycles to on is very loud and reminds me of obe of those medical CT scanners no one likes. That aside, it did defrost the mince beef evenly. In fact my old one would be cooking some parts while others were still frozen. Not this one. It defrosted all the meat before showing signs of starting to cook it.A negative point for me is popcorn. The popcorn setting is dedicated to 99g or 85g. My usual popcorn bags are 60g. So I bought different popcorn that were 85g bags. The machine burnt some black, others burnt jist darker than cooked and left a good nunber of un-popped kernels. So I felt a bit let down with that setting. Maybe it is too high a power setting, but if it is a ine touch popcorn setting then surely it should be at a power level that is right?!So far I have fould this to be a good machine with a few negative niggles.

Bought for MIL, so cannot comment on the performance etc. - however, MIL has indicated that she is very pleased with this item. It must be easy to operate as she is the type of person who can often be found trying to change the tv channel with her glasses case (in her 90's).
