I got this product for my wife, who suffers from chronic lower back pain. The first night that she used the back stretcher it caused her a little discomfort due to not being able to stretch her spine regularly. However, the next day she felt some relief so she decided to try it a second day, and found that she had almost no discomfort while using the back stretcher. She was also able to get a huge pop in the lower left region of her back where she experiences most of her pain, unable to pop that area for years, she was very surprised and relieved that the pressure on that area was released. We highly recommend this product, especially for anyone who has struggled with lower back pain for years.

Very sturdy and good size for the job. Allows for great stretches, which definitely hurt and take time to settle into but definitely rewarding if you stick with it. Great value for the money as it would cost double the price to get a professional to stretch you like that. Thanks guys. A really good rehab product in mho.

Bought this hoping for pain relief. It would be so nice if I could get my back to crack and feel some relief. Sometimes I will feel a good stretching, but never a back crack and I have not had complete relief.

I have been using this Back Stretcher for 3 weeks. This product is capable of 3 Levels Adjustable as described. I am mainly using it at the lowest level. Actually, I bought this product because of low back pain, but so far I am very satisfied. When I use this product, I feel very comfortable in my low back. It's a little bit difficult to adjust, but this product is very stiff and sturdy. I am 6'1" tall and weigh 260 pounds, and I am using this product without any problems. In my opinion, even a 250+pound adult can use it without any problems. If anyone reading this article has a back pain, I highly recommend this product.

This item broke immediately when I attempted to use it. The arch plate did not support my weight it collapsed when I first tried it. Tried all 4 levels, same results. No support at any level. I am 6’3” tall and weigh 215. It is rated for much more weight than that. . When I moved it to the 4th level it still had no support, in fact that’s when the arch plate snapped into. This product must have been defective. I really needed it to work but it failed miserably.

I am a massage therapist and purchased this for my boyfriend who is always trying to crack his own back. I think this is a much safer way and it really works. He loves it.

For the most part it does what it claims to do. I have scoliosis and it does help relieve my lower back pain. My one minor complaint is that since I am a heavier person, my weight tends to flatten the Spindeck when on the lowest position. I mostly use the second notch because of that. I wish it was I but more rigid at the first notch.
