Mod Podge Silicone Craft Mat, 16289

I love this mat and plan to get another for my crafting go-bag since it folds up into such a nice small package. It is great for all those messy tasks like mod podge, varnish, embossing, glitter, wood burning, etc. etc. etc. I have tried others, this one seems to have more silicone or something as it has better non stick qualities and cleans up really easy. I'm tempted to get one for dedicated food prep in the kitchen, I suspect it will work better than the pastry mat I have now . . .

Love this mat. Easy to clean. I love the texture, and it stays put when you are working on it. I use it for painting, and glueing projects. I gave it a 4 only because of it’s size. When my grandkids are crafting with me, it would be nice if it was a little larger.

Super resistant to all my damage and super easy to clean I only wish it were larger like table size larger. I have used mod podge glue, silicone glue gun, regular glue, all sorts of paints, I've cut projects on it, stamped designs on it, rolled it and folded it to put away and it still retains its shape and integrity I absolutely love working on this matt. Of course unless the project calls for a hard surface because this matt is soft which I also like. I highly recommend it to messy crafters like me and as mentioned before I wish I had a bigger matt.

I like these mats for keeping my table clear of glue but would like them to come flat so that they don't have a crease in them.

I bought this mat to use under my craft projects, I've been looking for a texture-less silicone mat for a long time. Usually they have a shiny side, and a matte side, and I didn't want that. This mat is perfect in every way. I have only used it once, but I'm totally in love. Clean-up is amazingly fast. The mat is a matte finish, has no texture, and isn't shiny so it doesn't leave any imprints, or marks on your projects. It's easy to just roll it up for storage.It did have a crease in the center, because it is folded inside the box, but I just folded it the opposite way for a bit, and then rolled it up and the crease seems to have relaxed quite a bit. I couldn't be happier with this mat.

I purchased this to put on my work table under my paint/glue/stain/varnish projects. It allows me to be 'messy me' and not destroy my work table top. I have put this mat through the wringer and it still washes up like new. I have washed it by hand, even tossed in the washer and it comes out like I just purchased it. I love it so much I bought another one... so I could have one to keep my projects safe when drying and still be able to work on another project. I highly recommend this mat for crafters who love to paint/glue/stain and varnish like I do.

Not As Pictured - The mat is fine, but there is not a black glue gun displayed on the mat. It saids MOD PODGE on it. I don't like advertisements on my products unless the manufacturer wants to pay me to put MOD PODGE on the mat. Other, than that, it is ok.

I'm so tired of those small hot glue silicone mats that require the glue droplets to land just so. Here, finally, is a nicely-sized mat, capable of protecting a work surface from hot glue and still large enough to lay the glue gun on between trigger squeezes (and I use a full size glue gun) and still leave room to manipulate the ribbon or whatever project you're working on at the moment.

It works perfect. I used with my embossing heating gun to shrink shrinking plastic, which can be really hot, the mat just works great, nothing went wrong and protects my working surface well. Super happy!

love it and use it for all my crafts as it is so easy to clean

I love this so much I brought two ! It is so easy to clean and after first using it with my clay items as the poor chopping board was getting covered in all sorts of colours, this item was perfect as it can pop straight into the oven after crafting. I also started to use this with resin pieces (admittedly let the resin DRY before washing) it was so easy to peel off the excess glue and still holds its shape. I had to buy another to use for baking uses and generally recommend this o any happy crafter !

Very handy and cleans quickly! I keep it on my craft desk all the time. I've used it for painted, hot gluing, Mod Podge crafts and love it. I just wished they came bigger in size.
