Excellent for floor and vault students and coaches
It's excellent. Very well organised and the progression is very logical. Quite elaborate and a step by step illustrated training tips on how to teach elements and how to spot. I love it. Wish Paul Hamm would make a dvd on rings and parallel bars and horizontal bars to complete the set.

Excellent; this (all 3 discs), was a wonderful description, from soup to nuts, of the entry to a gymnast'swork experience. Would that I couldhave had some of this.
