This system does work for 2002 Envoy. However, the wire pack that comes with it does not. If you have an amplified system, on-star, steering controls, door chimes, and a Boise system, you will need either a GMOS 014 or a GMOS04 w/ the additional steering wheel control wire.10/2/17 - When I originally bought this radio, it worked but had some quirks. By the time the radio had reached almost a year, it was completely shutting down and refusing to power on. I figured it was the wire harness coming lose but found out it was the radio itself from my technician. I contacted the seller and they replaced it instantly without any hassle. The new radio works GREAT! There is no static like the original; it does not constantly lose the bluetooth; and it does not randomly power off. It seems the first one I received had a minor defect which showed up more as time wore on. However, the company made everything right and was quick to respond. Just for that alone, I have to give 5 stars.This is a good radio if you are looking for bluetooth. However, be forewarned it does not play .mp4 and it is not the loudest one on the market.11/12/18 - Update - Radio randomly started draining car battery after one year of use. Technician currently investigating why the radio would suddenly start doing this and will update when he tells me what he has found regarding the radio.

My 23 year old factory stereo seemed to have more power and sound better than this one, but i'm sure it would sound better with an amp. Went with the double din so i would have the large display, but part of it is filled with dancing bars that serve no purpose. Kind of annoyed that every stereo you buy is annoyingly flashy, when all I really want is a functional radio with modern features. But other than those things, so far so good. Pretty easy to setup and navigate, had to refer to the manual once or twice to fine tune the settings, but not hard to figure out. And I like how you can mute/pause it by pushing the volume knob.

Well I've had this for about 2 weeks. Everything seems to work very well, mostly. I put this in my 2007 Chevy work truck. Its only got four speakers so the equalizer doesn't do much. I use Pandora a lot. The radio has to be on BT Audio instead of BT Pandora to use Pandora. All this means is some features of Pandora don't work on this unit( thumbs up,thumbs down doesn't work) Also there is a long delay when talking on the phone. Other than that everything works fine.

I got this for my work truckVery easy to installOnly difficult part was the ignition hot wireWhich I ended up splicing to my ac/heater controls. Red ignition wire should be linked to the accessory wire on harness. (Easier than linking to a fuse box imo)Installed in a 04 Chevy Silverado 1500 z71****I did lose my chimes and steering wheel controls as it does not come with the adapter.

I bought the whole package with wiring harness said it would fit My yukon but it didn't had to spend 140 dollars for the right wiring harness so I spent 50 dollars for a wiring harness that didn't work the head unit I could have got for 100

This bundle proved to be a good investment, and was everthing I needed in one neat package. However my vehicle, a 2006 Chevy Colorado, needed a different wiring harness to control the safety chimes and Retained Accessory Power. Customer Service was great and gave me a partial refund on the uneccesary part I had to replace. Great buy, but only if this is the correct harness for you.

Great Stereo! Be cautious with the install kit. Nothing they sent was even close to matching my vehicle.
