So I gave them 3 stars to balance the extremes of how I feel about this. 2 stars for quality and 4 for being willing to replace it when I complained about the hood snaps coming off within 5 minutes of putting this on our dog. It's a cute jacket and seems very warm, but it just wasn't made very well at all.

Pros: I measured our dog, bought according to the size guide, and this fit perfectly. Our Chiweenie loves the coat and the hood is generous enough to fold back to show the fleece. Very cute. The gray piping on the hood is highly reflective. The stretch knit over the dog's tummy is comfortable and sensibly fitted so that it doesn't get peed on.Cons: The coat fabric is thinner than I'd expected. The outer checkered fabric is a sateen-type look and feel, and the fleece is thin. This is not a snow coat, but works to take the chill off or protect against a light rain.Even though I was expecting a heavier coat (which is on me--I should have read the description more closely), I would definitely buy this again. It's well made and our dog likes to wear it. Overall a good value.

Be very careful when ordering you might want to order a size bigger than what you initially think might fit your dog the medium did not fit my adult size miniature pincher

This is a good coat for the price! It's soft, easy to put on (as long as you have a pup who doesn't mind over the head styles), well proportioned and best of all - it actually covers the dogs stomach, which is hard to find! It's cute, my dog is picky about coats and she seems happy in this one. If on the fence between sizes, definitely go up.The downside is that this coat really does not work as (or with) any sort of harness - I really wish this thing had a D ring built into it, then it would be perfect. Can't necessarily take away a star for this since I knew this when ordering, but I sort of thought I could use a harness over it, and you really can't - it's too puffy, it would bunch up and be uncomfortable and give you very little control. It also feels like it's a relatively short term coat - I expect it to last a season or two.

Our dog is a doxie-terrier mix, about 12 lbs and the small fit perfectly. He’s so happy in it and even loves the hood. It covers his eyes but he doesn’t seem to mind and it’s beyond adorable. He sleeps much better now and doesn’t wake up crying because he’s cold. Easy to put on and take off and well made. Super happy with this purchase!

Hoodie is cute and appears warm. Disappointed that there is no hole for harness as advertised. Will take more time to return and exchange as oppose to cutting a slut and sewing it myself.

I love that the hood buttons - you can pull the leash through the buttons so they can actually use the hood instead of having the leash hold the hood down. It does not have the leash hole in between her shoulders like some but I have a Whippet, so I use a Martingale collar and the fact that you can pull the leash through the hood is actually better for me since it's a type of choke collar. As with all dog clothes the hood fits awkwardly but it's super soft, fits her well, and the hood covers enough for her to go out in the rain to potty.

I have a Yorkie and he gets a walk daily, when it snows the bottom gets wet. The coat washes well and I expect many seasons of use. The look is as the picture and fits him quite well, Its a pullover without any straps or velcro.
