Phoenix Down 75/25 Feather/Down Standard Pillow

I was excited to learn that this pillow is the same as what they use at the Four Seasons (and since many use the 50-50 down, this should have been even more luxurious). After using it for about a week, I highly doubt this pillow makes its way to luxury hotels, as too many guests would complain. It's crunchy, flattens quickly, and causes a lot of neck strain when you wake up.

Pillow starting "breaking down" after three weeks. This was a major disappointment certainly given a proum product being advertised and a prem price paid.

Pillows did not meet our expectations - we returned them immediately at our shipping cost. Flat and crunchy - not at all like the fluffy pillows we experienced at the Four Seasons Hotel in Westlake Village.

good for about 2 weeks.

Poor product !!! Thought I was buying the samepillow I sleep on at my last stay at the Four Seasons Boston NOT EVEN CLOSE!!
