Estratto Commercial Single Cup Coffee Maker & Self Clean Stainless Steel Water Cooler

Came in broken and the distributor charged @$50 for shipping and wanted me to pay to ship it back. Took it apart myself and had some hose leaks so fixed them took hours of work. Also very finicky at working. Exploded a couple of pods and boy that was a mess. No customer support at all. I do like it other than all that but would tell people to stay away.

When I was searching for a water dispensers I couldn't find any that had filtering. I look on amazon to find brands that I may look up on their websites to find what I was looking for. I didn't have any luck until I came across the Estratto brand. I went on their website and found a water dispenser that hides the 3-5 gallon water bottle. The water dispenser filters it which is amazing because you could use your normal tap water from a faucet to always drink water that taste great! I go a little above and beyond and will refill my 5 gallon at Walmart with their already filtered Primo water which cost almost $2. I bring it home and put it into my water filtering dispenser and my water taste so clean every time! It also is a K-Cup coffee maker which is perfect for my wife because she drinks coffee and I do not drink coffee. Here is the link to the water dispenser I am talking about. We love it. We have had ours since July 2016 and it has brewed numerous cups a day and served water for drinking and cooking numerous times a day. We have never had an issue with it and have enjoyed it immensely.

Purchased for our office. Stopped working after a month and a half.

i purchased two from Costoc and both times i had to bring it back for the coffee and hot water no longer worked after two weeks. I called the manufacturer they instructed me to bring it back to Costco stating it was a defect.

Have one of these and it lasted 3 weeks. Great concept but check out reviews in Canada. Machine does not work. Also called Viva at Costco. If there was a lower rating than 1 star I would give it that. Poor quality.

not as cold as others said, but great k- brewer and water dispenser---time passes---I have been following the manuals instructions on cleaning, even doing it more frequently. But I was getting mold into my coffee. Yuck. When I contacted the company for support I was forwarded to their senior technician and his advise was to read the manual. Let me be clear, I cleaned the removable kcup holder and piercer, cleaned al around it, cleaned the nozzle. Which is what I said in my first email to this company. And their best advise is to read the manual. Save your money, buy something with support.

The first one I received was banged up quite a bit but they had it replaced within a week. So far so good! Seems to be made quite cheaply but for what we are using it for it will be perfect. We are opening a new medical office and it will be nice for our patients to be able to have a coffee or water whenever they want.

It's great! Works perfectly delivered fast. No complaints.

I like it very much.
