Reviews said it was sturdy and a good value
I bought the full-size version in April 2016 for my son, who was moving into a new apartment. Reviews said it was sturdy and a good value. He assembled it without difficulty of finding any machining errors. He had a coil mattress on it, and said he was impressed at how "solid" (his word) the frame was. He's now upgraded to a queen sized bed, so the frame came home to me. I, too, have been very impressed with the frame. The legs don't stick out at a weird angle and their curved shape prevents you from catching your toes on them. The metal is shiny and sleek and strong--no wobbling of legs or warping of rails; the full size has a rod down the center with two additional legs for support. The slats are sturdy and all connected by/to a ribbon of webbing that runs down the sides, which fits right into the frame and keeps the slats in position. I put a memory foam mattress on it; the mattress doesn't sag in between the slats, and the bed's very comfortable to sleep on. to me it seems as if the slats have a little springiness to them; they don't bend, but give somehow, just enough to accommodate changes in your body position. I used to have a frame with 1x4 pine slats, and I always felt as if I was sleeping on a board; these are far better! It's somewhat low to the ground--nine inches of clearance underneath--but it you like sleeping higher put both a mattress and box springs on it. All in all, I like the bed frame quite a lot. If you're looking for something sleek and minimalist, without a headboard or a larger footprint than your mattress, this bed frame is a good choice and good value.

great little frame, especially for heavy people
My husband and I have always had the standard box spring/metal frame/coil mattress set, but have grown unhappy wih the set up because even after only 5 years, our serta mattress was sagging and lumping terribly. I would adjust it, turn it, and still sags. So we decided to try a memory foam mattress. Between us, we are 500 lbs, and apparently these mattresses hold up better to weight. So we needed a really solid bed frame. My daughter had a platform frame from ikea that failed miserably. It was pressed board and the screw areas began to crack and we couldn't move it or fix it. So she then went to a wood slat frame and was much happier. For us, I was worried about the weight those hold. Some people mentioned cracked slats and warping, so I went in another direction and found myself buying this metal frame slat bed. This bed holds up well to our weight, the slats are very wide, the frame is really solid, and it is lower to the ground but not too bad. We had hoped for oil rubbed bronze color to match our decor, but I just use a longer blanket so you don't see the legs. Others mentioned the machining was off, yeah, just a tad, but the screws still go in. We really noticed this part when we were screwing in the 2 slats that stay put. after a little torquing it was fine. This is a nice frame, I was happy with the price, and we are happy with the new bed set all together.

Buy this bed.
I love this bed frame. It was easy to put together, same as the first bed that I bought from this company (The Stella Metal Platform Bed Frame), which I also highly recommend. This frame lets you store underneath it, is very stable (you feel secure as you're building it). My boyfriend still manages to stub his toes on it, but that's a different story. Love this bed and the first frame by them as well, recommend you buy it. (fyi the only reason I no longer have the first frame is bc I moved across country and sold it - very easily at that.) I tucked in my sheets in the pics so you can see the frame.

Simple Solid Bedframe
This bed frame is exactly what I was looking for, it's clean and modern. I ordered the twin, it fits well in my small room and would make a nice guest bed as well. Very easy to assemble, it helps to have two people to snap it all together quickly. One of the black straps connecting the wooden planks were cut for some reason so I had to staple it back together, not a huge issue but just noting it. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase love the design aesthetics, it's perfect!

Great Price and Function
Main bed for over a year...and I put it together. #saywhatMoved around plenty of times to clean/re-arrange and still sturdy. Purchased this as an alternative to another bed at a fancier store in town. Happy to report this bed is well worth the price...and looks like other beds priced double. Plus it ships to your door.

Amazing value
Easy to assemble, impressively sturdy, and really sleek. My husband was skeptical, but this keeps the modern boho look we like without us looking like college kids with a bed on the floor. And the slats are no joke. This thing is sturdy. Great value!

Simple low profile bed, good value.
The bed arrived quickly and was pretty easy to assemble. It took about an hour for my husband and son to complete. The Ben looks exactly as I expected and is a good value for the price. We were missing one of the plastic feet that protects the floor. After a few emails and one wrong part shipped the problem was resolved. Overall I’m happy with the purchase.
