Peppers Greatest Hits

Hard to believe how old these guys are now, starting to look more and more like Iggy every day. A nice 2 LP set with some essential Chili Pepper, points for putting out a greatest hits on vinyl. You know most of these songs, so I won't review them, probably  Blood Sugar Sex Magik  has the most representation here (almost all of the tracks are songs produced by Rick Rubin). Good quality vinyl, nice pressing. Minor quibbles (as always on greatest hits) is that some better songs should have been included, especially as it relates to side 2 of the second disk. Also, since they did not put the songs in strict chronological order, would have been nice to categorize songs a bit by type (ie, "thrash" v. "chill", etc). At only four songs a side for example, it would have been nice to have "Higher Ground" and "Give it Away" on the same disk rather than each side being a mix of slow and fast. Marbled silver vinyl (as opposed to black) if you like that sort of thing, but if you were going to go colored vinyl could have been better. 4 1/2 stars.

Great Compilation Lp. If you're a RHCP fan, you'll find it hard to quit listening. Of course some will say that this or that song should have been included. I'm happy with it the way it is, it just works.

Just got her today; packaging was great, and the LP press quality is even better.Great record.

This is a great album of the band 'Red hot chili peppers,' so of course i bought it online because none of the stores have the original album with the original cover that goes back to the 90s, so at least i have an album that has great music.

Very impressed with this 2LP set. The Vinyl is actually a silver granite coloring. Played straight out of the original sleeves no dust or manufacturing defects/static. Plays perfectly. Great for any collector wanting to add the Peppers to their collection.

Received the album,the vinyl is not a silver,just a standard black.disapointed as a gift.although payed a premium.

On of my favorite bands. Annoying that you have to change the record after 4 songs but still love it

Great selection of songs. Great choice of theirs to get on vinyl. Definitely recommend.

diffently not the greatest hits. didnt knw any of the songs n wernt great.i luv red hot chili peppers but this cd was not great
