Very accurate!
My first attempt was on a piece of scrap lumber of unknown thickness. Once I drilled the hole I checked the accuracy with a digital fractional caliper just to make certain it drilled in the center of the board. The hole alignment was perfect! I then inserted a longer piece of round stock into the hole to check it for square. It, too, was perfect! This quality tool is made in America, not some "Made in China" piece of junk. I am very pleased with it.

Gives you dead center dowel holes. Use it almost every day.

Love the accuracy!
Love this jig! In the first week I drilled over 40 dowel holes and every one was right where it was supposed to be, including the ones I accidentally drilled in the wrong hole....wooops!

Not worth it
Not impressed feels more sturdy than the one from harbor freight and messes it up just as bad. Will not line up for anything
