I'm going to give this phone 5 stars for now, that may change. I am definitely giving the seller Omeilia 5 stars because they did a great job with their warranty service. I received the phone in March 2021. I really liked the phone right away. Its really fast, has alot of storage, has great screen resolution and the battery really lasted a long time. It could go about a day and half without recharging. So I was really happy with the purchase - a great deal for the price. The battery definitely went south in late July. lasting for about a half day. Only about 3 hours if in use. I was disappointed and tried first to work directly with Oukitel. Never got a single email back from them. Pretty mad about that cuz the phone is still under 1st year warranty. I contacted Amazon and they set me up with direct messaging with the seller Omeilia. (Special thanks to Will, at Amazon, very helpful and customer oriented.) After a little discussion Omeilia sent me a replacement phone and I sent the old one back. Super fast and friendly. The new phone is working great and I will not hesitate to buy from Omeilia again. I will keep and eye on the phone battery though and update if it fails again

So happy with the OUKITEL C21!I previously ordered the Ulephone 9 and had to return it because it had too many bugs.This phone is perfect. The screen size is 6.4! The weight and handling is very comfy! Run smooth and had 64GB! ALL that I need! Very satisfied with all aspects of this phone!

Was surprised by the quality. and features, Camera more than adequate for my limited phone needs. Never intended to replace my DSRs, I found the navigation a bit qwicky at first. Very happy with purchase

It is a good phone, the definition of the front camera and the back are very good, also the weight of the phone is very practical to carry since it does not feel uncomfortable to carry it in your pocket, also its battery life is very father since It lasts more than 3 hours of normal use, the speed and operating system is great since the applications do not slow down and for the cost it is a great phone for me it is one of the best I have bought.

2nd Review: I have begun to be a less happy with this phone. The company touts the storage capability, but a new SD card/TF card is not recognized as storage when it is installed. I have tried multiple ways and tested the card in another device, so I know it is good. Of course, no manual or help is available that I can find. I contacted the company but their English is poor and I am not hoping for much. Searching online has not helped me. This is very dispiriting as I am getting 1/2 the storage that I purchased the phone to get. I do not want to spend another 4 days setting up another new phone, so I guess I will live with it, but not happy about it.1st Review: I am very happy with this phone. And I'm very happy with the price I paid for it ... everything is working exactly as I wanted it to. The switch over was easy. The phone even came with a clear outer cover saving me from buying one. I would buy it again in an instant and recommend it highly. BTW I have no idea what sheerness is.

So I needed a new phone and I'm getting old and refuse to spend $1,000 on a dang phone .....I thought I'd give this a try. I've only had it for about a week..so far it isn't bad. My only issue is when I have the blue tooth on for my radio, it fades in and out. And I know it's the phone because it does it on my car stereo and my blue tooth headphones. Which sucks because one of the biggest reasons of me wanting a smart phone is to listen to music in my car and headphones....I'm not sure why it does this...if that doesn't bother you, then it's a great phone for the price. Camera quality is ehh but again....the price is fair for what it is. 🤷"Rating change"Now that I've really got to use the phone, it's complete garbage. I don't receive half my phone calls and some text messages I never get. On top of the going in and out with the sound on my blue tooth and the 5 second delay for pictures, don't waste your money. Now I'm forced to get another phone that actually works. And no, it isn't my phone company , my family is on the same plan. It's just this damn phone. I'm so mad I wasted the money on this garbage

Bought it for mother in law. According to her she loves it. Takes clear picture, great sound quality. Good features. Built doesnt feel cheap.I Would buy one again for my mother next.Please add more choices for the case.
