Q: Does it come with the balls, etc?

No it doesn't unfortunately. Because it is a bag. And those are balls. Balls don't automatically come with a bag. In fact, a bag almost exclusively comes empty.

Q: how do you open the clipping drawstring?

Pushing the button and releasing the cord

Q: how much weight can this bag hold?

I don't know the total weight as in number of pounds. However, ours has about 10 balls in it and I hang it in the garage. It seems to be holding well. I don't think it is made for anything much heavier than balls.
