I haven’t had one leak yet. Good market price for lids.

The lids work fine. The rings are very tight and hard to get on. I used them to replace my old rings for my Kerr and Ball jars. Some worked and some didn't. They need to be just a little bit bigger.

Some metal tins have a more snug fit. These are. Bit loose. I am using them to hold lotion bars. If the bar melted it would definitely leak from this container. Works great for candle making where a lid is not really needed.

I had one jar that the rubber off the lid was messed up so the jam didn't seal. The rest look fine and I will continue to use the ones I have left.

While some commenters here claim these bands and lids don't fit American Mason and Ball canning jars, it's not true. The lids are fine even if bands are a little tight and sometimes require a little effort to get them on properly. I tried them yesterday on a batch of dill pickles and every jar sealed properly. Considering you get 96 bands and lids for what you pay for 12 Ball brand, they're certainly worth a try, in my opinion.

A few of them wouldn’t screw on the jar. I just used a different ring and it worked fine. But not ALL of them worked.

I thought I was getting a bargain for the price. Well, the caps are very difficult to get onto the jars. Now I have an entire pack that I cannot use because they do not fit snugly.
