Very interesting product. Makes it easier than having to make it in the kitchen. Takes time to get the science down when hearing and getting the consistency right so it's great to get 4 packs when you order. Once you get the process down it's amazing to work with.

This product is amazing. I've started home sugaring at the beginning of this summer and have already tried many brands. And I can say that this product is the best so far. I was a little annoyed with the way it's packed as it is hard to get it out because it is so sticky. But on the second thought I decided that getting it out of the jar would be even more difficult because it has a very hard consistency. I would have to put it in the microwave first for sure. I bought 4 packs of it since it is the amount of sugar I use to do my Brazilian when I use other brands. So I wanted to make sure it would be enough. I divided one pack into two halves so it would be easier to work with. This sugar is hard so you really need to knead it for a minute or two in your hands. When it starts turning golden (not transparent anymore), it means it acquires its properties necessary for hair removal. So I started to remove my hair with that half and I can't express how surprised I was when I realized that I had finished FULL BRAZILIAN with that half! That little golden ball of sugar turned into the black ball (my hair is black) and it was still workable! But I just didn't have any more hair to work with. It is amazing. I used other brands and usually sugar ball I work with turns into something black and very sticky pretty quickly. You can't get it off the skin, it starts hurting so you have to trash it and get a new ball of sugar. I normally use up to four balls to complete my Brazilian. And with this I used half of one pack! The product I liked and used before is a little bit cheaper if you calculate the price for 1 oz. But if you take into the account the amount necessary for my Brazilian, this Egyptian product beats the other one in no time. Also when it got very hot and humid here, I was really fighting doing my Brazilian with the previous product as it got too sticky so quickly that I had to use fan non stop and put a layer of powder every time before putting sugar. This Egyptian product doesn't need that. I do keep the fan on as it is more comfortable anyway especially in summer but I don't use nearly as much powder anymore. I am so happy with this product that I can't wait till I finish other brands I still have here and will totally switch to this Egyptian sugar paste. I see that it is available in the jars too (light and dark color, I imagine dark is harder) but I feel that packs are much easier to handle. Getting it out doesn't seem so annoying anymore like at the beginning because of the excellent quality of the product itself. It did take quite a while to get here but if you plan properly and always keep a couple of packs around, you are ok. Very very very happy with it and highly recommend it.Just tried this product first time since it got much colder than in hot and humid summer here and I should add that it is necessary to put it in the miscovawe for 5 seconds or until it's workable otherwise it's too hard. And then knead it as usual and it's ready to use.

I don't know if I was using it wrong or what, but when it arrived, it was as hard as a rock and would not soften to a usable consistency. There were also no instructions. At least there weren't any in English.

I just wanted say that of course it was a great product, but after using a little today I left the package open. It was full of ants within the next few hours. So keep them somewhere safe when opened.

Because of the humidity in the area I in it made it too sticky to work with but it did get rid of some of the hair

The wax was very good and i will keep buying it. I have been using it for a long time because it leaves your skin smooth and the hair doesn't come back for a while and its natural too so that's a plus!

I did not find this product effective. Followed the directions, but it still left behind hair. I am very pale skinned with fine hair, it just didn't "grab" the hairs. It might work better for someone with course hair.

waste of money, hard as a rock.like rock candy (jolly rancher)overcooked. way past the correct consistencyI tried microwaving, adding water. body heat.unusable :(
