I LOVE LOVE LOVE this warmer. The look is sleeker and more professional than the other "bubble looking" warmers on the market. It's super easy to clean. I just leave a small stick in the side of the pot after turning it off and let the wax cool until just before hard and peel it out like a sticker. Give it a wipe with alcohol on a cotton round and BOOM! Beautiful. Also comes with some hard wax beads that is cool to use if you're learning to lay strips. However, it gets too hard and brittle, it breaks quickly so i can't get a good pull AND it leaves behind a residue. Do yourself a favor and don't skimp when buying wax. Invest in some good stuff.

This is a nice set however it does not remove facial hair very well. I have to wax like 3 times and still have facial hair. My facial hair is not thick like peach fuzz but does not work to well.

I did not like this. Loved the colored wax beads, and ease of using. However, after 10 or so tries... I maybe got 20% od the hair I covered, removed. Warner was good, and came w a nice amount of supplies... maybe just crappy wax? I don’t know, I returned it as it was no use for me

The wax warmer itself is fine, but the wax beads that came with it are not very good. Once applied the wax does not get as hard as it should, so it does not come off as easily.

I love the fact of it being nonstick, but this is not the case. I am not sure if it because the beads or not, but everything sticks and is stuck. This is not an easy clean up and the wax beads when waxing don't get everything each time. This product if easy to use, but overall I am a bit disapointed.

I bought this wax warmer for my wife and she really liked it. What she liked most about it is its Temperature control and heating Speed. The hot wax warmer uses its 100 watts of heating power with a circular heating element to consistently heat the wax to appropriate temperatures. One can use the thermostat and controls to adjust the wax temperature.Apart from this, It comes with a little see-through lid so that you can check on the wax as it melts and also 5 packets of amazing scented wax hard beans. This wax warmer is seriously worth the money!!

Are use this for the very first time it removed all my hair pretty quick other than a few spots but I will say I did scream whatever the first one was ripped off laugh out loud

This product is awesome! As others have said - the wax beads are ok, but not great (they pulled out about 60% of the hair, so I'm thinking of investing in some better ones later). They do have an interesting smell and if you have scent allergies I would suggest not using the beads that come in the kit. Mine also did not come with the instructions, but I wasn't too worried about it.
