product is good, amazon delivery is horrible, they are leaving my packages at the end of my driveway for anybody to take, make sure to use fedex or ups if you want to receive your purchase, they deliver to the porch

This thing is usless if you dont pay the service... There is No place where it says "you can't use this wxpensive box and the cool app without paying 2.99 package delivery fee for every package. What the Heck... I BUY FROM AMAZON 10 TIMES A WEEK AND IT WILL COST 29.99 A WEEK TO USE THIS BOX TO KEEP MY DELIVERY SAFE... I just started the set up for this piece of metal and now we find out. Plus they won't return it now. This was a huge waste of time and 400.00

Best purchase we have made as a manager of property's with multiple tenants who receive packages and such who can't be there to collect. The software and the box are both fantastic idea. Only problem we have is charging battery on box. Should be solar or kinetic if possible. Or should have larger battery to charge internally. Support team is fantastic quality is there. Don't care for subscriptions or paying for services monthly or period. End of day solved out problems that got every one happy. I'll get over my issues.Wanted to follow up with update and experience with product. Recently someone made a effort to break in or pry the lid open and they not only failed but lixxboxx was severely damaged pretty bad. We contacted manufacture and a replacement was sent to us. Can't stress enough or boast enough when a company and product both have our interest in mind and with sincerely. I am quick to praise lixxboxx and we are not afraid of to complain when either would not deliver. That being said don't dismiss something so quickly. This truly has been one of our best purchases dealing with multi tenants and owners and different divisions all needing a drop point for shipping and packaging delivery. Works with pretty much all shippers and it's easy.

I love the product, some delivery drivers have difficulty operating the box, but most are able to do it. So nice knowing my packages aren’t easy to steal anymore.

Lid needs to be slammed shut in order to lock.

We've had the gray LoxxBoxx for 6 months now and it's been a game changer for us. I wasn't sure this was something we would use, but took a chance and purchased it based on a family friend's recommendation. We order more stuff online now than I'd care to admit, and it's great not having to worry about packages disappearing from our porch. It also keeps our porch organized and has been great when we've headed out of town for a long weekend. Customer service has been hands down top notch and the product is easy to setup and use. This is only the second review I've ever written; that's how happy I've been with my experience.

My fault for not reading all the fine print. They should state that your need to purchase a subscription either in the heading or make it one of the first items listed, not the last.

I’ve had this box for a couple months and to this day have failed with configuring this box properly. The app itself consistently fails to connect to wifi, which means I cannot utilize remotely managing my packages.
