Smooth and tasty
I tasted many olive oils, these are amongst the very best. I use these to complement salads, veggies, fish, or even to take a straight shot.

Olive oil
Excellent olive oil and very pure. Will buy it again, as I use it when cooking.

Pricey, but tasty!
we bought these on a whim to try them out even though they were expensive we wanted to see what really good olive oil was like. NGL it's really good. I'm a little sad because I doubt if I'll go back to cheaper olive oil because it is so good. We love this stuff. The good news is if you're just using it on salads or Caprese or on bread, it lasts a while. I wouldn't cook with it. You probably don't need olive oil this good to cook in but eating it is just great.

This is not like store bought olive oil!
We’ve used this olive oil for cooking and drizzled on top of dinner, and let me tell you, this is NOT like store bought olive oil. I’m a bit of a snob and I like nicer brands of extra virgin olive oil, but I’ve never tasted anything even CLOSE to the flavor of EXAU.This golden dream made in Calabria will surprise you from multiple directions at the same time if you’ve never tasted fresh oil. The aroma is much more fruity and organic, the taste is bold, and it even tingles the palate because of the natural polyphenols, which are apparently more abundant in this olive oil vs store bought. This oil HAS FLAVOR, so be aware that it is an active ingredient when cooking. It jumps into the action. Be ready for your entrée to take on new dimensions of Italian character.Don’t waste it. And don’t let it sit too long either, as it will lose flavor over time. They recommend finishing your bottle within 2 years from the date of pressing.Enjoy!

Taste
Absolutely wonderful taste. Beats my Kirtland extra-virgin olive oil I buy at Costco any day!

Using a love story to sell over priced oil
I received this as a gift and was horrified by the price. Over priced. I was born in Southern Italy. This product started out as $45 for 2 bottles and now close to $80. Giuseppe, are you really from Italy? Your parents would never spend this much money on olive oil. You are from the poorest region in Italy. Sicilian olive oil from TJs is priced right and it's delicious (under $15). I use it to make focaccia. I attempted to leave a review on Oprah but it seems the review was rejected. I wonder why.... I couldn't be more disappointed in these tactics.
