review for Fineway 12 pc Resistance Bands==================================You get 5 bands made up of some rubber latex-like material. They are labelled on one end of the band in lbs. It would have been nice to have these in kg or have them labelled at both ends - I've always trained using kg values, but I'm nitpicking here. These are the light hollow tube style, resistance bands. The higher numbers do give a higher resistance.Unfortunately, mines didn't come with any instructions, but the bands are easy enough to use, although the 'door anchor' had me scratching my head for a bit until I figured it out - you put the foam part at the top of the door on one side, then close the door and use the loop from the other side. You either want to put the door anchor so the door is closing as you pull on the bands, or make sure you deadbolt the door so it doesn't fly towards you, either from force or by someone opening the door by mistake from the other side.Price-wise, it sits well - £10 at the time of writing, a delightful starter kit. Look forward to using them in anger after Xmas (after the usual new year's resolutions! :-) There are tons of videos on youtube, I would recommend looking at a few especially if like me you've never used these before.

This is a nice starter set for beginners and comes in a bag so would be easy to transport.The bands were easy to use and put together, you do have to be careful with how you put them back though as they will bend out of shape, pictured. It doesn't effect the use now, but I worry that constant bend will mean the band is more likely to break going forward.It did come with a little booklet but only 4 exercises which is a shame, as a newbie I'd have liked to have seen more but had to Google it instead.Delivery was very fast

Fantastic resistance band set and a great price. All the resistance bands have listed weight resistance which is good for knowing how much resistance you’re up against when exercising. It also comes with a handy storage bag for easier storage for when finished after workout. The set is good quality and I was surprised with the workout it gave me (and the soreness the days after, Delayed onset muscle soreness).

very versatile, i like that you can use the bands one at a time or stacked in any combination to a give a maximum equivalent of 100 lbs. I like that an exercise book was included which could be improved by adding in a few more for beginners to learn more ways to use them. Having a storage bag is great so they can be neatly stored away when not in use.

Excellent starter set of bands that comes in a useful bag. Shame the included small booklet has only very few example exercises though. Also the bands have to be bent somewhat out of shape for the purpose of storage so not clear if over time that may distort them. Still, for the money, you can't really argue with the value on offer here.

I got these for my wheelchair using husband who has a lot of shoulder issues and was told that these bands are great to exercise and strengthen his muscles. Great value for money as you get a great selection and a pouch to keep them in. It is easy to get into a routine using them.

Excellent product. The differents bands are quite useful for beginners and recovery after injuries. I’ve tried other elastic band and sometimes hurt the skin but the texture of this ones are quite nice. In the box, there is a instruction

These were obtained for my sons assisted living flats so they can all workout in the safe environment of their homes. Easy to use and set up and they were happy to carry one and exercise without help.
