Top quality, beautiful
I have three other wool rugs. This one rates very high in terms of its beauty, durability, and thickness. Colors are even more beautiful in person. I got the "grey" which has warm tones (not cool) which is what I hoped for. I aired it out but there was no smell when I opened it or since. I love this rug, it would go well in many rooms. Mine is in a bedroom. Great price on sale, worth every penny.

Gorgeous rug!
This rug is very thick and heavy, allowing the corners to roll down flat in minutes. The colors are beautiful, a tiny bit of dusty pink and blue to add interest to the predominantly neutral black, beige and gray tones of varying shades. I was worried it might look too busy in person but it doesn’t at all. Perfect fit for my modern farmhouse living room!

Great area rug but color not quite as depicted.
Received this rug which was well packaged, laid flat after a day or two and no smell out of the package. It was a nice thickness. Not too thin and not too thick. Doesn't really need a pad. The only criticism I would have is that the color is not quite as shown. It looks like there are blues and peach colors in there but the colors in person are more subtle and grey. It's actually light and dark gray with some beige. However that worked for me and I am happy with the rug. But if you are expecting "color", you may be disappointed. The quality of the rug is very good. There was a lot of lint when first vacuuming but that is true of most rugs.

Great value for this rug. Uniquely traditional yet modern.
I got the Grey Multi Color. Based on the listing colors I thought it would go with my couch (a warm green-beige) but I was worried it wouldn't because it's called "Grey Multi." I still ended up getting it and crossed my fingers. It really is perfect. It probably truly is a grey but it's a warm green-grey and goes great with my couch and green pillow (pictured). I do think it's a little less green/warm than some of the listing photos but definitely not a cool grey. It's not the softest rug but I expected that with a wool rug. It does she's a bit at first which is also normal for this type of rug. Make sure to follow the instructions when vacuuming to help preserve the loops. I believe the instructions say to use a vacuum without a beater bar or one that has a high pile setting. Set the vacuum in the lowest setting if available. Vacuuming the whole length of the rug, turn and then vacuum the next section...don't go back and forth.

Elegant rug, "artwork" in room
I had been looking for an area rug for months. I bought and returned many before landing on this one. The features that give the 5 star rating are the following:-colors are more muted in person than what pictures reflect, but yet pattern still defined, border around rug gives it some definition/contrast too, multiple colors in rug so options on colors to pull into other parts of room design-no primary large medallions or geometric designs as is found on so many of the larger area rugs-design pattern gives options for furniture placement given no clearly defined center design, there is a unique design element in the center of rug, but blends in so nicely and is not noticeable as is so common on most large area rugs-100% tufted/hooked wool....provides some texture to room, great quality, richness, elegant vs polyester based area rug-the lightest color in rug is a very light beige or linen like color, so many rugs have ivory, which looks white-my design style is transitional, but encourage buyers with contemporary, mid century, rustic, coastal styles to consider....the furniture will further contribute to the style one is trying to capture-the rug has added a piece of "artwork" to my room-the color description is "gray/multi" in the purchase options-bought this rug Fall 2020, adding review 9 months later.....still love the rug

Beautiful and High Quality
Gorgeous, thick rug that looks much more expensive than it is.

Good Value
I love this rug! The colors are great for my decor. I will list the colors starting with what is most dominant.Light BlueDark BlueGrayDark BrownLight BrownThis rug has a tight looped pile and is about 1/2 high. I have all hardwood floors and have purchased many area rugs over the years. From very expensive hand knotted rugs, to lower quality polypropylene rugs with very low and sparse piles. For the cost of this rug the quality was impressive. I bought a small one to check the colors because purchasing online you never know, but this is a keeper and I plan to buy another larger one.
