Just the same. As was zack and quack to school. Good lesson to read the small print rather than assume a big company like Amazon can be relied on. My 2 yr old grand son is upset and I am annoyed.

DVD problem
Brought this dvd not realising it didn't work on english DVD players as never had this problem before when ordering from Amazon
