The material is surprisingly strong considering its soft feel, and the apron really does a good job of protecting my clothes without the stiffness one would expect from such durable fabric.I love the chef hat too - kinda makes me feel very professional. When I got this set I had a choice between the other HotShot Chef plain red chef apron and hat set, or this, ladies set with the checked red and white frilly trim around the edges and cute bows on the pockets. I love this cute set. I love to cook, and bake and think that the set makes me feel like an expert. The fabric is strong and thick enough to keep my clothes protected, but soft enough to be comfortable. The pockets are handy for my phone and notebook. I love how I look with the chef hat on my head and my adorable retro apron. It causes a smile on the faces of my guests. I can’t wait to see the next product from these sellers.

I previously purchased the plain apron, and my wife went nuts - she loved it. So I bought the frilly one for her birthday - another hit!
