Helped with hydration
I was struggling with hydration when riding bike this summer on hot, humid days. Using this really helped and I will continue to use it. I like the taste of it, and definitely felt better than just drinking water. I added it to my water bottle, would not use it in my hydration pack just because hydration packs are too hard to clean. I recommend it!

Mixes easily with warm or cold water. Mellow tasty, no stomach issues

Better than Gatorade!
I'm on my fourth tub of Osmo and I couldn't be happier with it. It has so much less sugar than Gatorade, meaning it goes down way easier and it doesn't feel like you're chugging soda or juice. I love the lemon lime flavor but I was NOT a fan of the mango.

Give it a chance - your gut will thank you!
I've used this product for long runs (10-20 miles) in the summer heat. At first, I was pretty grossed out by the flavor. Others have mentioned that it's light and weird; I agree, but was stuck with it on my long run so kept using it. Honestly, I'm SO glad I didn't stop! My gut felt so good (which on hot, humid runs can be a rare occurrence) that it was almost distracting! I wasn't expecting that result - I figured I'd get nauseous by the end since the flavor was ick to me. No heavy gut (ie: I didn't feel like I had to poop the whole time, let's be real here), and I didn't feel crazy thirsty afterwards... I was truly and rightly hydrated.Personally, I used a scoop and a half every 40 minutes - that's pretty close the basic directions on the box.My advice would be: realize it might taste bad at first, but continue to give it a try. Let your taste buds adjust (mine now know what to expect and I don't even think it tastes bad anymore), and see if it helps your body feel balanced and hydrated.

tasty and easy on the stomach
I’m a fan. It’s easy on the stomach and one of the few things I can eat or drink before a morning run! The lemon-lime flavor is pleasant and tasty. The only con is that I absolutely cannot get the powder to fully dissolve - There’s always some gritty stuff at the bottom of my bottle.

Great Hydration Mix
This has been my go-to hydration mix, or skratch labs, depending on my flavor preference for my long endurance workouts. It helps me stay hydrated so I don't get GI distress during my workouts which allows me to properly consume fuel (solid food items) without any stomach issues. This is a definite must for female athletes that are looking to hydrate for long workouts. This hydration mix doesn't have an extremely sweet artificial taste that many other hydration mixes have.
